    @UNIMAN

     Show proof of people crossing the boarder and being given plane tickets anywhere. Real proof. Not like people talking about "pallets of baby formula being sent to the southern border while our babies starve..." and then showing pictures of what was NOT baby formula.

A white person is given a homestead to farm in the 1800s. Given, from land ripped from First Nation people. That farm has to be government subsidized at several points in history or it goes under. It is being subsidized now. That is all fine and dandy. A person of color gets food stamps and they are living of the government teet. White soldiers got G.I. bill home loans and paid tuition upon returning from service. Black soldiers got a one way ticket to the projects. "Pick yourself up by you're bootstraps."

    Relevant questions and legit concerns for sure. Some attempts to correct injustices have been made over the years but not enough to eradicate poverty.

    More and more Americans of all races are going broke every day but it begs the question of why Blacks would vote 90% for Biden even though there was record Black employment under Trump? Also despite the covid lockdowns which wrecked the Trump economy, gasoline prices and the inflation rate were still very low.

    Just because Biden played the race card and said the right things and even though he had no intention of finding any solutions (for the poor) is that all that is needed to win the Black vote? If so then you guys must enjoy pain because this is self inflicted...of course some of the election system was tampered with so that 90% figure could be way off too. We can't even hold an honest election anymore.

    Did Obama's presidency leave the Blacks with a feeling that their lives improved? That might be another good question to ask?

    14 children and one teacher killed today in another school shooting in Texas. This shiit pisses me off to no end. The stupidity of this country to not do anything about these shootings will go down as one of the dumbest periods in U.S. history.

    Yup. Almost a daily occurrence at this point. Waiting for the typical Repo response, guns don't kill people, people do.

    Stop with this lazy narrative and support gun law reform. We are beyond past due. an_light

I don't write posts which blame an entire race for the actions of a madman. So many racial attacks on here are directed at the white race.  To equate concern over the legality of immigrant invasions coming from the third world (nope Deezy, they are not all black) should be a worry for all Americans. Your boy Biden doing away with Title 42 to be specific.  Just because Tucker doesn't view the world like you do, doesn't mean he is a racist. He happens to be the whipping boy of the fascist American left because he is a brilliant investigative journalist in the mold of Edward R. Murrow who has a penchant for telling the truth. If you insist on beating the drum of how the white race is so violent, we can always site some statistics on the matter to show which race has proven to be the most violent in our country. I don't want to go there but will if you want real numbers that show murder rates by race.  Deezy you are the classic embodiment of 'psychological projection'... Psychological projection is a defense mechanism that involves attributing one’s own feelings, desires, or qualities to another person, group, animal, or object.

    You know nothing about me, and I have never once said any of this. You just make $hit up to fit your twisted narratives. an_light

    Carry on with your nonsense.

    @DeezyAZ81

     I asked scooby to produce his "stolen election facts" with no response & now lancer is singing the same tune that the election was "tampered with" but provides no proof.

    It's a waste of time engaging many of them.

    Yet you are the one playing the race card and openly calling me and Tucker racists...it is the game of racial division that some folks love to play. Have at it...I know better than to engage anyone who calls himself 'Deezy'...yet here I am...my mistake.

    @Midnight1

    The truth is that no amount of evidence of election fraud would change your mind and why is it our responsibility to do YOUR research in the matter?

    Your hatred for Trump is such that even if the 2020 election was proven to be dirty beyond the pale, you would still support it.

    @DrStrangelove

    I prize freedom over security and am willing to take my chances in a free country. You on the other hand would use censorship and gun confiscation, isn't that true and it would not stop psychotics from doing these acts?

    America has made a lot of enemies in the world, yet you don't think anything of throwing open the borders and allowing in unvetted immigrants. The potential for terrorism is over the top when such practices are allowed.

    The shooter in Uvalde, Texas doesn't fit your racial profile of white supremacy so his race isn't mentioned. I would prefer that the race never be mentioned because these acts are committed by mentally ill people and that infects every race... but when the shooter is white, that fits the narrative of the fascist left that we are the #1 domestic terrorists. Which by the way is pure nonsense.

    Yup. Almost a daily occurrence at this point. Waiting for the typical Repo response, guns don't kill people, people do.  .

    For decades, FBI, US intelligence and homeland security department recognize white supremacists are the top domestic terrorism threats in the US.  However Trump administration downplay this serious threat.  Problem is that fringe conspiracy theories and far right extremism have become mainstream in current GOP.  Unlike past republican leaders who are more moderate.

    Misleading to blame mental illness for mass shooting because vast majority of mass shooters aren't mentally ill.  Usually, months of radicalization and planning before the attack.  Making mental illness the bogeyman detracts from progress on preventing attacks.  That is going to take everything.  For examples, strengthening gun laws, quashing violent extremism and being aware of shooter warning signs.

    Correction. Most mass shooters aren't diagnosed.

    White domestic terrorist aren't the problem. Stricter gun laws will help but it goes deeper than that. Mental illness, across many fronts, needs to addressed. We can paint the Buffalo shooter as some radicalized white supremacist but really he was a lonely, depressed child who while in covid isolation found support and camaraderie through these fringe online networks like 4chan and 8chan.

    What relates all of these shooters? Not race. Not background. Not age. Not race or background or age of the victims. They're all isolated. You never hear, "Wow, he was happy and well-adjusted, good job, wife..."

    The last two shooters were lonely, probably depressed kids. The latest was bullied in school. The Buffalo shooter has previously planned a school shooting before being introduced to replacement theory via 4chan. It's funny, we'll talk about race and racism until we're blue in face. We'll talk about gun law reform, which I am for to an extend, we'll talk about it until we are blue in the face. These are easily politicized topics. Bring up.mental health though, the elephant in the room, and everyone clams up.

    Hey detox since the NRA and their rules are what you are in favor of,and the rules are all for everybody having access to their beloved firearm.Why can't people bring a firearm into the NRA conference in Houston this weekend.Isn't that against everything you stand for,why would you let THEM take away your 2nd amendments rights?It's ok for school children and everybody else in this country to have to worry about gun violence,why do these cowards get to infringe on your rights,and you say nothing about it.Why would they worry about something happening to themselves,don't they have good guys with guns,to take care of the bad guy with a gun?

    @StumpTownStu

      Kids are growing up in a different world than we did, when there was no internet & no cell phones. We used to talk to people/friends when we needed to.......either face to face or pick up a phone & call (remember when we used to memorize phone numbers?). People can be brainwashed so easily these days without even stepping out of the home. A person's depression can be exacerbated these days simply by going down the wrong rabbit hole on the internet.

    You may say this in jest but the media is absolutely as issue. There has been plenty written on the subject. There's a good book I would recommend, Hate, inc by Matt Taibbi.

    Matt is on the left but Hate, inc addresses an issue that is quite prevalent on both sides, specifically in how the media targets each respective side.

    Contrary to public belief, mental illness isn't a factor in most mass shootings.  Out of 1315 mass murders, only 8% of mass shooters have mental illness in Columbia university study published in Psychological medicine.  No one who commits violence is mentally well.   But that doesn't mean the person is mentally ill or that treatment could prevent violence.  According to Harvard review of psychiatry, researchers must abandon the assumption that mass violence is driven by mental illness in lone wolf individuals.  Public has unrealistic expectations that health professionals can predict and prevent violence..
