It isn't food or medicine it is the ability to defend themselves from drug strung out junkies looking for pills and loot seniors face in these complexes....

So when Paul Lesage stated his state would not insure 18 &19 year olds and the feds cut their funding it wasn't true Maine didn't loose 400 million in federal funding Maine I guess didn't pass a 100 million bond to off set this funding and Maine didn't have to generate the additional 200 million gap in welfare benefits... it was all done somewhere else????? Lololol but thank you for reading....

    Lepage?!?!

    https://www.pressherald.com/2016/09/04/alan-caron-gov-paul-lepage-descends-from-lame-duck-to-dead-duck/

I think I'm starting to understand why facts and reality are so difficult for you to come up with in these  discussion.  I'm sure there are the gullible low information folk that an emotional narrative whether accurate or not would be good enough for them.  But in a rational discussion about the issue maths or darn facts and reality seem to be such a stumbling block.

I am still not saying you are wrong either.  But I am starting to the the process and logic (or there of) that you come up with your conclusions and it is all coming together now.

DL36 - I decided to just review page 1 of the politics forum.

I found you used Trump or Trump supporters with the words - Subhuman - Once - Racist - 7 times - Racists - 3 times - Racism - Once - Bigots - Once - Bigoted - Twice - And accused the GOP majority base of being associated with the Grand Dragon.

This is just page one. Imagine if I had kept on going...

I got into a discussion with you and you used an article written by an ultra liberal defending socialism, communism, and Marxism as evidence to support your position that poor people voting trump are voting against their best interests.

You believe there is a war on women.

    Let’s review…

    1. Trump and Trump supporters = racists and bigots
    2. Liberal view that republicans vote against their best interests
    3. You believe in a war on women

Verdict: For not being a liberal… you sure act like a liberal.

Your comment is akin to saying that all white people are the cause of racial tension because group members are white

Islam isn’t the religion of peace. Islam was never intended to be peaceful or practiced peacefully. Islam means submission or surrender. Muhammad believed once everyone submits or surrenders to Islam THEN there will be peace.

Liberals and RINOs like to say, “Well, what about the peaceful ones”? All Muslims practice Jihad. A Muslim doesn’t have to commit acts of terrorism to be a terrorist. The Quran orders Muslims to wage ‘Jihad’ and ‘subdue’ non-believers until they are in full submission to Islam.

There are Jihadists and Subduers. The Jihadists wage war and commit acts of violence. The Subduers spread Islam by offering money, converting others, having large families to grow the Muslim population, deceive the infidels. There is no such thing as peaceful Muslims. Both wage Jihad but just in different ways. The goal is the same. Muslims will not stop until the world is one giant caliphate.

Anyone that says otherwise is in denial or uninformed.

According to FBI reports 67% of all murders are done by firearms so using the official factor of 2 / 3 and multiplying by 500 at least 333 souls died in gum related violence
This year in Chicago. Over 2000 individuals were injured
So about 3 went to the morgue and 9 to the emergency room every two days on avg. If this is not a description of a war zone insurance policies set term life insurance rates to omit deaths due to acts of wat

Often times I will pull out a certain portion of a post and say "you're lying" but I am super lucky in this case in that I don't have to pull out any portion to highlight the 'lying' part.

Let me get thus straight. You are citing FBI stats on the high rate of gun violence to advocate for less gun restrictions.

    That's brilliant.

I am stating is gun control laws do not work. Criminals will have use and kill regardless of existing laws or future restrictions. Let's take hells.Angel's mc
They have machinery to build a chopper this machinery easily could build the parts to assemble a full auto machine gun. Or simply a roll drum clip and a hell fire trigger and take a semi auto to a full auto in less than ten minutes.
Laws effect law abiding responsible citizen lawless gangs have no effect with new legislation.
    2(3),is 7? No its 6...
If gim laws worked we would not see the violence. If we hadn't ripped middle class blue collar jobs from the cities poverty would be less. Democratic party is responsible and just because the truth is inconvenient to re election purpose doesn't mean we can or should ignore the reality..

Only two ways to stop the violence.
One way is to kill all responsible in is a draconian diabolical business and I Am not advocating cities PD employ the death squads again. Ref LA NY 1991-1993....
Other is to completely rebuild the inner cities provide good jobs again and start with HUD should sell the property to those residing in the area not to an out of state management corporation with deep pockets and political ties.

Then you believe that MoneySRH posting 'Islam means submission or surrender ' is a lie. ?

To my knowledge Arabic words have only one root and the root word for Islam is “al-Silm,” which means “submission” or “surrender”  and that's a lie ?

Even though I understand there is no disagreement about this meaning of Islam among Arabic or Islamic scholars.........you say they also are lying ?

It is a combination of poverty and culture.  These inner city environments are often war zones with children growing up in violence and resulting in ptsd like mentality.  This poverty culture lacks education, good early childhood care and development, role models for success, connection with the criminal justice and other systems from an early age, this list goes on.

Putting more guns won't solve the fundamental problems of the inner cities nor would a change in partisan politics.   It's time to get real folks. Politics, and politicians can't fix this. It starts with the parents, the family, culture and environment.   It's not something that more handouts or less handouts will fix. I also believe that the effect of gun laws vary from environment to environment.  So to make such blanket broad strokes statements about guns making things less or more safe seems unrealistic.   More guns in an already violent environment will probably make it worse while more guns on certain specific situations might make a positive difference.

This is the 2nd time that a different poster has posted the same

conclusion.. Do you need some reflection ?

I don't get why so much effort goes into calling me names or claiming I am something I am not.  I don't say anything about partisan identification yet some how you and others are so much in to these games and antics.

    It's funny how that works.

That post meant nothing as it just another crazy obsessed post trying to call me something I am not.  The fact that I am willing to talk about the issues such racism, bigotry, and other issues doesn't make me any a part of any party.  All I am willing to do is have an open conversation about any issue and not censor a dialog because it is not PC or run from a topic and not discuss it.   You blindly agree with the other guy yet have no clue the context of the comments.   Even the article he brought up, all I said was I found it fascinating with out saying I agree or disagree with any of it.   Perhaps you should try read it and let me know your thoughts rather than stalking me and making multiple posts just to bash and make jabs at me.

Nope. I’m extensively well read on Islam. All I said was the truth. This is the second time you accused me of lying and present NOTHING to back it up.

You know you are completely uninformed on the subject. There’s a reason you didn’t highlight anything specific. Stick to incredible hulk games and comics. You should get a job moderating incredible hulk comic forums.

Now go do what liberals do when pressed into a corner - run and hide or whine and complain that you're a victim - like the poster above. You liberals love to dish it but get all butt-hurt when someone calls you out.

The record is just shy of 1000 murders set in 1974,and 1991 with nearly 15 weeks left of the year could approach those totals in 2016
Comparing 2014 to 2016 murder rates crime has nearly tripled. I guess the blm movement is really taken hold blacks are killing blacks at near record pace.
