If you want the truth of the citizens, I can and have provided that, but you don't care to listen why I mentioned this multiple times...instead of embracing that subject and being inquisitive to try and understand that maybe someone actually may know more than you and who actually has just a little finger on the pulse of the citizens in Iran, you instead gloss over it and act like you know better....I have put here in this forum exactly what the citizens want that are opposed to this regime...I have also stated exactly who they want to lead them and it is the son of the former Shah...you can say what you want and think what you want, but all of you who do not know any Iranians or speak to those in the country of Iran can talk all you want, as you are speculating at best....I have talked/communicated with people in Iran, mostly Tehran, and I could give you more perspective, but you, for one, are very combative and quick to discount it because of the hate for Trump and your continuous disapproval of Israel and how the US is fighting Israel's war....that's such nonsense...you are entitled to your opinion, but if you knew people that actually lived in Iran you would not be stating the disgusting things you say...I phrase it that way intentionally because of how you treated raiders and others....If your friends/family or people you knew were dying over there in Iran you would change your position quickly....

I will say it again, and I said it in the beginning....the citizens want their country to be bombed..would they have wished that the regime could have folded easily, sure, but they know the terror of this regime and what they are capable of because they are living it....easy for you to sit in your air conditioned home in Arizona and have little empathy for the citizens over there that are not radical islamist and never wanted them there to begin with while they are dying by the tens of thousands because they wanted to stand up to there government to say enough is enough....when I say most of you don't know what the people want, other than what you see on social media or your precious new stations, that's real...you don't know...these citizens are willing to die if it means a better future for their country...will that happen, we don't know...none of us know, but this is a great start...in fact, it wouldn't even be a possibility if what is taking place was not done...if you want the truth, they have no problem with the bombing that may happen tomorrow...they don't give a shit about electricity or the bridges if it means getting closer to what they believe is freedom and the riddance of the entire regime and IRGC....see, when you have no freedom and have nothing because the government deprives you and controls everything, it's nothing to give that up....the cause has been and will always be of the citizens is that they want their freedom back and their Shah no matter what.....and when I say Shah, the son, Reza Pahlavi, who is living in Washington DC.....he will only come back if he is elected by the people....

So before you starting throwing out that Iran will be worse because of the bombings and we are doing work for Israel, you might want to consider that your thoughts are not based on the actuality of the people of Iran....you have no idea what the people of Iran want, apparently, but since I am the only that has expressed openly that I do talk with people in Iran and have people here in the states I am friends with and/or with because of my partner, I am probably the closest to anyone in this forum that can even speak about what the citizens of Iran want....what you can't seem to grasp is that the citizens of Iran were begging and pleading with Trump to do exactly what he is doing and a good majority of them are very happy with what has taken place....they know it's still a long haul, but this is a glimmer of hope they thought they would never have again.....

But of course, don't listen to someone in here who has probably the only pulse of some of the citizens in Iran and what they are looking for....when you have seen footage of babies and little kids dying from being executed or being told that your friends or family of a Persian you are with has had their kids/daughters raped in front of them by the regime and taken from them only to never see them again, then maybe you can talk.......most of you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to what the citizens of Iran want...if the bombings take place tomorrow and their energy is hit, it will be a set back, but it is nothing compared to what this regime has been doing to them for a long time...

 Sorry you can say that same thing 100 times and I will not accept it at ANY time. To say that because you know some citizens then that means they WANT to be bombed, this is absurd beyond any terms. Go tell your friends to get involved in making change locally not be motivated to be bombed. How did that bomb Trump tossed down on those children work out? This logic is Kirk logic that the underlying concept is worth a loss of life. I do not side with this view as I consider every life as important as another so I will never agree with a concept that bombs killing citizens, wrecking their economy and their way of life is a good thing that they want.

What else BETTER do you have than this? Outside of some alleged people you know saying please bomb me what else do you have?

 Yes, hypocrites....and I glad they rounded up the niece and grandniece of one of the IRGC leaders and shipped them outta here.....living the life over here while your family is one of the most corrupt mafia type organizations that exists on this planet.....living here in peace and freedom, while the women suffer in Iran.....it's not just hypocritical, but double-standards.....

There is a huge Iranian population in Los Angeles, that's where I met my partner....the community is enormous and they meet and exchange stories and remain friends here in the US..the parents of most of them stayed in Iran and did not flee...it's mostly the younger generation that fled for a chance at survival.....I know my partners parents stayed in Tehran and their perspective of before the regime and after is just horrific....the stories and photos they share is almost like the duality of man....it's literally like hearing and seeing two different worlds....

 Its hard to have discussions here....political discussions are hard in person and add in this is the internet its impossible because there's no tone or facial expressions or anything....it's also easy to just be a dick on the internet where there are no repercussions...

You can see above how stubborn people are when they feel they know more than someone saying they have experience with something or have actually talked with people from that region...instead of listening, it just gets discounted....so be it, buts that's kind of dumb..

We actually know people from the region and could give a different perspective but no one here cares because that's too close to knowing more than the know it alls...no one is open to an actual real life situation and feedback from the source because it's the internet...I am close to people in the Iranian community and I bet you and I could educate some here but why would they want that knowledge and throw a wrinkle in their misguided narrative...

In high school I had a best friend from Lebanon...he and his family fled when he was 5 or 6 but he remembers bombs going off in his street and people lying dead in the street while he would walk to school...that shit haunted him his whole life even when he came to the states...the horror stories he and his family told me was shocking...

wife and me have a friend in Beirut ,a firefighter ,  he used to drive us when over there , take care of us so to speak , she called him 14 days ago , HORROR is all i can say

Religious people choose to live their lives how a 2,000-year-old book dictates (in some religions even older) - back then they knew nothing about how humans functioned and thought the Earth was flat and was the center of the universe. A thesis of how religious people work would be how I would describe insanity if I ever met aliens!

 Agree that religion is the most toxic and dividing force in any civilization. To me the issue isnt the concept of religion it is that our human nature seeks the extremes that religion CAN validate. No religion in its core concepts tells people to go kill others and that dying for your faith is going to give you virgins in the afterlife, that is taking the words of someone and going to the extreme. It is also not just Muslim extremists have these views, Christians do as well as do person and other groups because the environment is created that gives some humans the opportunity to be horrible towards another. Same goes for politics, we see it right here and now that you give the wrong person power and control the result can be destructive based on the lack of morals and ethics of the leader.

 apparently, the ceasefire was not priced into the markets, but Israel striking Lebanon shortly after was priced in. 

Shocker that Israel keeps attacking their enemies knowing that nobody is going to stop them. The UN aint doing crap and I think it is very smart of Iran to make that condition part of any agreement.

Trump said yesterday that the USA was gonna be hanging around the Strait of Hormuz for a long time, because there is lots of money to be made.

I guess our country will some how translate into shaking down other countries for payments they have never had to pay before.
