Iran wants nukes. Iran would probably be the first to use one. Whether it's Israel, Suadi Arabia, or Kuwait maybe, it's nuclear war. I'm not making any judgements until I see how things unfold. Could be a real mess, or could save a lot of future lives.

The facts are; Iran has a history supporting terrorism. Iran has spent billions trying to create a nuclear arsenal. Trump and Israel destroyed much of that capability back in July. Iran turned around and keeps moving on, and I'm sure faster, developing nuclear capabilities. They didn't heed the message. Unless they agree to stop all nuclear ambitions what else is left to do?
It's risky, sure. How much US involvement is questionable. But the alternative was Iran continue to kill their own people who desire freedom and then waiting for the day Iran starts a nuclear war. Cannot bury your head in the sand forever.
This is your rationalization for starting a war without congress being involved and as you also admitted to the 100% aid and support of Israel.

US intelligence and Pentagon downplay Trump claims of Iran threats. No evidence Iran has a nuclear weapon or missiles capable of reaching US in the near future. US attack is unnecessary because of some progress in negotiations. Problem is Trump is too impatient although diplomacy is preferable to war. Obama's Iran nuclear deal required years of negotiations between multiple countries. If stupid Trump did not withdraw US from that successful Iran nuclear deal, there would be no need for war today.
Risk of no winners in Iran war. Regime change is uncertain. First, regime may survive. Second, regime might collapse to be replaced by leaders more repressive and less likely to make concessions to US and Israel. Third, political instability that could be hard to contain. So in going to war to exploit Iran weaknesses, Trump could face a lose-lose outcome that leaves no one better off.

Pentagon officials, however, briefed congressional staffers and said there was no evidence Iran had been planning any such strikes. Trump also claimed Iran was building missiles that could soon reach the American homeland. So people called. And here’s what they heard.

That’s an automated message. Not a person. Not a plan. Just the government telling Americans that they’re on their own.

In the past several days, over 9,000 American citizens have safely returned from the Middle East, including over 300 from Israel, according to a State Department press release.
The Department said it is facilitating charter flights from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan for American citizens, and will continue to secure additional capacity as security conditions allow.
Commercial aviation options remain available in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Egypt, and the Department is actively helping American citizens book those tickets, the agency said.
For those in countries lacking commercial aviation availability, the agency said it is facilitating travel to third countries as conditions allow. That includes increasing ground transportation options for American citizens wishing to leave Israel.
The State Department will also waive any statutory requirement for American citizens to reimburse the government for travel expenses, according to the press release.
The secretary said Americans should get in touch via two phone numbers it is sharing: +1-202-501-4444 (from abroad) and +1-888-407-4747 (from the US and Canada).

Obviously, war in the middle east does not make the world safer today. In the future, higher risk of nuclear war if more countries develop more nuclear weapons to defend themselves against US that can no longer be trusted.
