another mass shooting just happened today, June 1.

First reports are there are three dead at the St.Francis Hospital in Tulsa, so far.

Innocent victim death toll now rises to  four, in addition to shooter, age 35, who killed himself.

"guns aren't the problem, it's all mental illness."

You think this $sshole shooter could have received some treatment for his mental illness in some part of the hospital. I guess not. 

you can be a law abiding citizen one minute and a criminal the next, correct? As I said before the rights solution is more guns. 

Exactly. The Uvalde 18 year old shooter had no prior criminal record. Taking guns away from "criminals" is such a lame brain "solution", which is not even feasible. 

Blumenthal calls today’s meeting with senators on guns “productive and encouraging.” Says he and Graham are still in talks over changes to red flag laws and noted talks continue over safe storage of guns. “There is still significant work to do and hurdles to overcome,” he added.

I have no faith in these two limp dicks.

According to wikipedia, most mass murderers have no criminal record or incarceration at mental health facility.  Although background checks won't stop everyone, experts say they are still needed along with stronger licensing and red flag laws to reduce gun violence.

Australia, New Zealand, Norway, U.K., all banned assault rifles after mass shootings, it works.

Progressives have been brainwashed to focus on <2% of the homicide problem in the United States and they want Americans to give up their rights in order to address it. Meanwhile they’re ignoring 98% of the problem. 

Criminals in possession of a firearm is a far bigger problem. But they’ve been brainwashed to fight for the rights of criminals and attack the rights of law abiding citizens.

Tulsa police chief Wendell Franklin has confirmed the Tulsa gunman brought AR-15 style rifle in the mass killings. 

Watching same interview on CNN, and this murderer bought that mass-killer assault weapon from a local gun store at 2 pm, mere hours before his murder/suicide.

According to the press, he bought that AR-15 type assault rife LEGALLY.  This type of weapon of war has no place in our streets, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, U.K., all banned assault rifles after mass shootings. Ban these weapons to save lives.  

He's got two if them. One in his mouth. The other in his arse. And they are both very much erect.

Over 50% of gun homicides occur in 2% of the nations 3,142 counties. (all hell holes controlled by the far left for decades)

Even within the counties with the murders, the murders are heavily concentrated within those counties.

Take Los Angeles County, with 526 murders in 2014, the most of any county in the US. The county has virtually no murders in the northwestern part of the county. There was only one murder each in Beverly Hills, Hawthorne, and Van Nuys.

We know exactly where most gun homicides are going to happen and we know that they’re going to be committed by people in illegal possession of a firearm.

The worst 1% of counties have 19% of the population and 37% of the murders. The worst 2% of counties contain 28% of the population and 51% of the murders. The worst 5% of counties contain 47% of the population and account for 68% of murders. But even within those counties the murders are very heavily concentrated in small areas.

Address the problems in these far left hell holes before going after the rights of law abiding citizens.

I'm getting tired of this "mental illness" excuse. Mental illness? You know how I know mental illness isn't REALLY the issue with republicans? Because if the pro gun side REALLY thought this issue was a mental illness they would throw money at it. The fact that they haven't thrown money at it is telling. Because they know if they do throw money at it and the mass shootings continue.... they'll have to find something else. It's the same argument that these guns are safe in the hands of "responsible gun owners." Many of these shooters were law abiding right up to when they weren't. This latest Tulsa shooting happened a little too close to home for me. And that's not counting the Taft, Ok. shooting over the weekend that also happened down the road. I think both political sides could get behind the Florida Red flag law. It was created by Republicans in a Red state and has done a lot of good so far. Will it solve the issue fully? Nope, but it is a start that could be agreed upon by both sides and would likely pass pretty quickly. I think most of us can agree that there's not a singular solution to the problem. But it would be a good first step. It's too bad on the local level that my own Governor Stitt (a Trump republican...ugh) made it illegal to write red flag laws. He called the anti red flag law when it was passed in 2020. Another asshat like Abbott that needs to be permanently voted out of office. 

Another question...   why use stats from 2014?
