In many countries, like the US, this is NOT happening.
Secondly, even in countries where everyone DID comply and do the right thing, the virus re-emerged almost as soon as the governments started relaxing those protective rules.
This is NOT the fault of the effectiveness of the "lockdowns" themselves but rather the people complying.
Likewise our laws to NOT KILL people only work when people comply. It is not the rule which is at fault.
