I've come to the above conclusion over the past three days.  I have played in 11 different tournaments, ranging from tiny buy-ins to big buy-ins.  But over every single 1 of those 11 tournaments the same EXACT thing has happenned.....

Let's say I get dealt a pocket pair of Jacks, I raise big pre-flop and get 1 caller.  For example, blinds are 75/150 and I raise to 750 pre-flop.

Flop comes down J-6-K....I push my chips all-in since it always seems to be a bigger stack I'm up against and the moron across the table calls showing Q-6 offsuit.

    Turn is an Ace

    River is a 10

I'm hit with a runner-runner straight.  No bullshit, it has happenned to me ELEVEN times in the past three days.  I dodn't always have a pocket pair, sometimes I have AK or AQ and hit top pair but the other guy always has face-rag offsuit and they call every single time....what the fuck do I have to raise pre-flop to get rid of these dingleberries?

    It's driving me insane

you are complaining about putting all of your chips in as a huge fav and losing to a suckout???? just get over it or stop playing.....

if you are going to complain about losing to runner runner straight, when you put all your chips with trips, then you shouldn't be playing.

shit happens all the time.... just move on and hope people keep going all in with Q6 and the variance will come back your way eventually...

I believe it is rigged.  The same shit has been happening to me on
that site.  It comes up every play.  When you get down to where
it counts the wierd stuff happens.  Afterall, what does it take to
feed someone a few winning hands.

did you ever notice how you can not bluff at poker stars.  You
always get called in the key pots.  The people that say it is not
rigged are getting paid to say that.  I have not won a hand there
    in over a month.

I love it when people say it happens ALL the time and the variance will come back to you eventually.  What BULLSHIT!!!  Variance is when you enter in a coin flip situation 10 times, and lose 8 out of those times.  That's a completely acceptable part of gambling.  But losing 8 of 10 times when you are supposed to win 8 of 10 is NOT variance.  It's flawed programming or cheating.

An example would be if you were up by 2 points in basketball with the game clock winding down, how many times out of 10 would you expect a 20% 3 point shooter to hit the shot at the buzzer?  An acceptable variance would be 4 out of 10, not 8 out of 10.

shit happens all the time.... just move on and hope people keep going all in with Q6 and the variance will come back your way eventually...

An acceptable variance would be 4 out of 10, not 8 out of 10.

anyone that plays serious money at poker stars is looking for
plenty of pain.  I am not 100% sure it is rigged, but I would have
to say that there is a 80% chance it is rigged.  There are just
too many funny hands that come off.

you fuckin guys amaze me , if you think its rigged stop complaining and dont play , i make alot of money on sites like stars and full tilt and i know people cheat by multi-accounting and ghosting but u cant stop that. I dont think there is anything wrong with ghosting because you cant prevent it with aim and messenger and so forth even tho i never do it .But i do realize thats one of the risks im willing to take ( knowing people multi acc ) i mean when u play online you see so many more hands per hr so we only talk of bad beats but how many times have we sucked out on somebody .
it works both ways , im so sick of people saying its rigged ....just dont play than if you think that way

It is true that you cannot bluff online because people call you down with anything.  Im just trying to figure out -  why is that a bad thing?  Bet your good hands and you will get paid off every single time.  I deposited $100 to pokerstars in January 2004 and have NEVER made another deposit.  Im not saying its not rigged but I dont bluff EVER and have been getting paid off for four years.

Heres one - Late in a tourney, I pick up KK and raise, four ppl call.  Flop comes K99.  First person goes all in, second person calls, and I instacall.  They turn up their hands and show AK and AJ.  Im about to triple up right?  Dont worry, turn was 9, river was 9.  Heres another.  Late in a tourney, I have JJ.  I raise and get four calls.  Flop comes J23 rainbow.  First girl goes all in on me.  After calling we turn our hands up and she shows QJ.  Dont worry, Queen on the turn, queen on the river.  Does this prove online is rigged?  Absolutely not because this happened live... ON THE SAME DAY.  The people who claim online is rigged are the same ones who say sports is fixed and horse jockeys pull horses up.  They need to have and excuse for losing.  It cant be them, so it has to be rigged.  If its rigged dont play.  But they will continue to play and claim its rigged when they lose.  If they spent more time studying the game and less time with conspiracy theories, maybe they wouldnt be losing players.  But why put in the effort when they can just dismiss it by saying its rigged?

Then why are you still playing there?  If I had not won a hand at a site in over a month, I would definitely stop playing there.

Or maybe you should re-evaluate your game.  I'm not sure how you could not win a hand.  Are you serious?

Only fools and idiots don't realize that internet poker is rigged.

If you're gonna play poker you have to play in a casino.    If you're not gonna do that,  then give it up.

Here is the problem.  I hardly ever get a good hand to start with.

When I do get a hand like an A K suited.  The flop comes

8 6 4 not of my suit.  Now, when I do get a flop to my hand it

gets beat.  Yes, I have not won a meaningful hand in over a month.

The other day I was keeping track of flushes made against me vs

flushes I made.  I made 0 out of 6, my opposition was 6 for 6.

When they are feeding certain hands.  There is not much left for

    anyone else.

I play exclusively live poker.  And yes, this kind of stuff happens.

But, if you don't think the occasional sporting event or especially an occasional horse race is fixed, then you're crazy man, sorry to break it to you.

I don't believe it happens all time.  And, I don't automatically make that accusation if I lose.  I just have that in the back of my mind, and chalk it up to just being part of gambling.

I don't know if it is rigged or not.  But, I have not made a flush
of any meaning ever.  Yet, the opponents have yet to miss one.
I don't think anyone could overcome that statistic.

If you're gonna play poker you have to play in a casino.    If you're not gonna do that,  then give it up.

Here is the proof internet poker is rigged.  In a tournament when
the blinds are 500 and a 1000, chips are at a premium.  Some
hands at the table play like they know what is coming.  For
    example.

Blinds are 500 and a thousand.  Everyone throws their hand away
button raises to 4000, I am in the big blind with K Q off, I call.
Flop comes 4 4 2 rainbow.  I move all in.  If the idiot has an ace
I am toast.  He thinks for a long time then calls.  He has the
K 9 off suit.  It just comes 9 on four and a 9 on five.  What a
fucken joke.  No one in the world is going to play that hand, unless
    they know what is coming.
