He would move the line from ats to ML or what the state of Connecticut allowed for later be movement and take the -1100--2500 juiced payoffs parley them with 8 or 9 others and making a large ticket placed by some money in an assured payout potential.
He did miss every so often with the system the home favorites lost. But that wasn't often and won more than he ever lost.
Example say Georgetown , Vanderbilt,Michigan State were all heavy favorites and playing home in college basketball.... He tie them together that they won the game. By at least a point. And parley them with other teams who were heavy favorites in large parleys action.
