All of the African American men we've hired have not lasted a full year (and most quit before a month) on the job while we have Hispanic and other ethnic backgrounds that have been with us for decades. Your company hires black men??? Well I would hope so, if they refused to do so based on race, they would be seriously violating federal law regarding discriminatory hiring practices, and probably be shut down permanently after a thorough investigation.

It's clear you do not know the difference between an opinion poll (predictive based on opinion like presidential polls), and a research study/survey conducted using actual sample data and concrete pay and wage numbers.

This is not an opinion poll guy. You don't seem very well informed about much of anything. 

By the way those predictive polls for the 2020 election were pretty accurate in predicting Biden the winner, so I a not even sure what you are trying to say here.

 How were the polls when Trump won? All you dems and libs were so upset because your polls had Clinton winning. So when Trump won all you could do was spend the next 4 years trying to get Trump out.

Statistics and polls can be manipulated anyway to get the outcome that you want. SHOW ACTUAL PROOF! Otherwise study, polls etc mean shit and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Well Trump didn't win in 2016. The election was rigged and stolen from Clinton. Major election fraud. 

So the polls were really 2-0 in predicting Trump the loser in both elections. It's just he was able to cheat and get in the white house in 2016. All those illegal votes, Russian bots, and software changing votes in Trump's favor in 2016. 

Ok since all research studies are skewed and manipulated, find one for me that shows African-Americans earn equal pay for the same jobs as White workers based on the same level of experience and education in the corporate world. Or one that shows that equally qualified women and men earn the same salary for the same positions in corporate business.

I'll wait.

 "they" = the men we hired. What's racists about it? It's a fact that THEY did not last longer than a year. They being the specific color of the individual. "they" is no racists when identifying specific individuals, not as a whole. But keep trying to make others seem racists to make yourself feel better when you hear facts.
