I think more companies will see the light and join in over the next decade or until the next republican admin.  Then it would come to an abrupt halt.

Of course, systemic racism is real in business, education, employment, housing, environment, health, poverty, transportation and criminal justice.  Democracy fund/UCLA poll shows 96% of Americans believe black Americans face racial discrimination.  Washingtonpost/George Mason university poll shows 90% of Americans don't blame black lives matter protesters for any violence.  Wall street journal/NBC poll shows 54% of Americans believe black lives matter protests are justified.

How does this solve racism it doesn't but iady it is a matter of survival .  

What opportunities does ncaap give white people. 0 support. So now national we strengthen them and forsake our selves...

Democrats have controlled nearly all black communities for 50+ years. Democrats have controlled their education, housing, environment, transportation and criminal justice.

 I really don't get a "happy" vibe from Fubah. I feel like if he was "happy", at 67, he would be an "out" happysexual. Maybe he is out in live but chooses not to divulge his sexuality in an online forum to be ridiculed by anonymous strangers, some probably pretty damn jolly themselves. The real question is why do you even give a damn about his sexuality? Almost to the point of obsession. What does that say about you?

There is a well known former poster with whom I had many heated and well documented covers arguments. One day, after we had attained some semblance of civility, I came to the conclusion that he might be homosexual. And I called him out on it. And his response only strengthened this opinion. I never mentioned it again. And I regretted mentioning it in the first place. What did it accomplish? Did it make me feel better about myself? No. I feel pretty damn good about myself most days to begin with. How did it make him feel though? If it wasn't true, he could have simply wrote me off as an idiot but if there was any modicum of truth in it, I could've ruined his day. His week. His month. All because some stranger on the internet is confronting him with things he yet has the strength to confront himself.

Covers is a very small online community. It's not Facebook or Twitter, with hundreds of millions, if not billions of users and countless bots to stir the shit. This is a very much a personal space. What is gained by purposely being hurtful simply because you guys disagree, politically. I've said many things I am not proud of on this site but I always do my best to make amends. I stand by my words but if i've been unnecessarily nasty to someone, I apologize because I am happy in life. Hurt people hurt people. Who hurt you? Did your waspy wife run off with the tennis instructor? What is your obsession with another man's sexuality? A total stranger.

Among the findings, Gruver reported: "Even as black or African-American men climb the corporate ladder, they still make less than equally qualified white men. They are the only racial/ethnic group that does not achieve pay parity with white men at some level."

The study found that black men had the largest "uncontrolled pay gap" relative to white men, when comparing the average earnings of black men and white men in the U.S.

On average, black men earned 87 cents for every dollar a white man earned. Hispanic workers had the next largest gap, earning 91 cents for every dollar earned by white men. 

I guess this isn't discriminatory or racial injustice?
