I think more companies will see the light and join in over the next decade or until the next republican admin.  Then it would come to an abrupt halt.

Of course, systemic racism is real in business, education, employment, housing, environment, health, poverty, transportation and criminal justice.  Democracy fund/UCLA poll shows 96% of Americans believe black Americans face racial discrimination.  Washingtonpost/George Mason university poll shows 90% of Americans don't blame black lives matter protesters for any violence.  Wall street journal/NBC poll shows 54% of Americans believe black lives matter protests are justified.

    Stop whining about the problem.

It's real yes. Because in real life it's family first.

If I was to hire a man to build with me I am hiring my family first.

How does this solve racism it doesn't but iady it is a matter of survival .

What opportunities does ncaap give white people. 0 support. So now national we strengthen them and forsake our selves...

Are you all just lunatics ... because saying there is a problem is saying the sky is blue on a clear day... coming up with a solution as of yet none can be found.

Kelly, what information are you using to come to the conclusion that black Americans face racial discrimination?

    Break it down for me.

    @Circus_Bettor

I really don't get a "happy" vibe from Fubah. I feel like if he was "happy", at 67, he would be an "out" happysexual. Maybe he is out in live but chooses not to divulge his sexuality in an online forum to be ridiculed by anonymous strangers, some probably pretty damn jolly themselves. The real question is why do you even give a damn about his sexuality? Almost to the point of obsession. What does that say about you?

There is a well known former poster with whom I had many heated and well documented covers arguments. One day, after we had attained some semblance of civility, I came to the conclusion that he might be homosexual. And I called him out on it. And his response only strengthened this opinion. I never mentioned it again. And I regretted mentioning it in the first place. What did it accomplish? Did it make me feel better about myself? No. I feel pretty damn good about myself most days to begin with. How did it make him feel though? If it wasn't true, he could have simply wrote me off as an idiot but if there was any modicum of truth in it, I could've ruined his day. His week. His month. All because some stranger on the internet is confronting him with things he yet has the strength to confront himself.

Covers is a very small online community. It's not Facebook or Twitter, with hundreds of millions, if not billions of users and countless bots to stir the shit. This is a very much a personal space. What is gained by purposely being hurtful simply because you guys disagree, politically. I've said many things I am not proud of on this site but I always do my best to make amends. I stand by my words but if i've been unnecessarily nasty to someone, I apologize because I am happy in life. Hurt people hurt people. Who hurt you? Did your waspy wife run off with the tennis instructor? What is your obsession with another man's sexuality? A total stranger.

What if he is a widower? Females do keep our edges soft. Whenever I would sense what you are describing from a poster, my go to would always be to call them incels. I still throw the term around much to often but one day I had an epiphany. Covers has a ton of geriatric posters. What if some of these guys had loved and loss? What finger in the wound it must be to have some smart ass calling you incel on a sports website? I do still use the term though. Some of these guys are clearly incels.

You're a cocksucker. Jump in and keep the off topic stuff alive? Do you even read before you post? I jumped in to defend your fucking butt buddy because I don't believe the covers politics forum is the place to be questioning someone's sexuality. Circ took my critique, of him mind you, in stride and responded like an adult. You jumped in just to signal whose side you are on without any context, or concept, of what I was saying. That's what you always do though. You really ruin Fubah's presence on this site with your "Yeah, bro! Go team!" shtick. Agree or disagree, at least he puts some semblance of thought into his posts.

Fubah and Kelly have hundreds of posts probably thousands of comments and 0 of the posts/comments have any of their own thoughts. Just spewing nonsense that they hear from the media. No thoughts of their own because they'd get grilled and they can face that.

Have you or Circus Clown ever heard of the racial wage gap?

African-American workers with same education and experience earning less than their White counterparts for the same job?

This isn't even debatable, so I am interested to hear about what nonsensical rebuttal you have for these trends???

    This should be good. an_light

    https://www.shrm.org/resourcesandtools/hr-topics/compensation/pages/racial-wage-gaps-persistence-poses-challenge.aspx

Last year, PayScale analyzed differences in earnings between white men and men of color using data from a sample of 1.8 million employees surveyed between January 2017 and February 2019.

Among the findings, Gruver reported: "Even as black or African-American men climb the corporate ladder, they still make less than equally qualified white men. They are the only racial/ethnic group that does not achieve pay parity with white men at some level."

The study found that black men had the largest "uncontrolled pay gap" relative to white men, when comparing the average earnings of black men and white men in the U.S.

On average, black men earned 87 cents for every dollar a white man earned. Hispanic workers had the next largest gap, earning 91 cents for every dollar earned by white men.

I guess this isn't discriminatory or racial injustice?

Interestingly enough, this study was conducted during your boy Fat Donnie's time in office. I thought Black folks were crushing it under economically under his administration??? HMMMMM. an_light

This research information is there for you to find Detox Meds. You just choose to close your eyes and pretend racism, discrimination, and racial injustice does NOT exist. Very sad actually.
