Let's dig a little deeper. Find a study that compares the pay of male black neurosurgeon versus a male white neurosurgeon with equal qualifications.

 The point of that is...you can change subjects in a survey to create any outcome that you want to portray. I think you would agree that the media is doing as much as they can to try to divide our country and they like to make it a race issue. Whatever study you bring up, they can combine a blue neurosurgeon and a yellow pediatrician and file them as "doctors" and claim there is a pay gap. You really need to dig deep into every aspect of the survey which will NEVER be exposed because people will find the discrepancies that brought the gaps.

 before you ask for other facts...how about you dissect that study you linked and break down all of the job positions that justify the pay gap. WHAT IF they used different levels of management, and under management to show a pay gap? What if they used different corporations say for instance, Amazon COO from 2020 and the COO of Radio Shack circa 1993? When surveys are so broad, there can be manipulation to portray whatever narrative the author wants to portray.

Can you actually show me from your study that black doctors and white doctors from any area of medicine earn equal pay??? Does it show that anywhere? What if there are no justifications between differences in pay? Then what?
