It’s not getting called off...

....under any circumstances!

If Wyoming wins it was meant to be. That would be 12 of 14 of the last games won at home which is insanity given Wyoming is not the cream of the crop of the Moutain West. Nevada can beat them on a good day (and almost did last year!) and probably would this year.

It's a "NO PLAY" - just too close to call - and "cap" BTW. If you think otherwise, then you're delusional and probably should not be gambling.
