You are right he definitely has the right to express himself! What is in the emails is who he is, nothing illegal about that! But it seems to me Gruden is a coward. He preaches courage, strength, integrity and confidence, and he smiles in the face of Black, female, gay personnel while he denigrates them behind their backs, while grinning on t.v. and making no statements expressing his true feeling, and according to Keyshawn Johnson, Gruden would always talk about players behind their backs -- cowardly. He is a dinosaur off the field and as a coach! Not exactly a commitment to excellence!

There is thing called probable cause.. So the league was investigating the Redskins organization and their working environment...What does Gruden have to do with the Redskins? All those Gruden emails should have been redacted by investigators as Gruden was not employed by the NFL and had no affiliation with the redskins organization and what they were investigating them for..

 Don't you find it peculiar that Keyshawn finds his voice now to vent his rage? He himself had first hand experience and interactions with Gruden within the football context of player/coach...why didn't Kewshawn vent his rage BEFORE October 11, 2021?

The thing is, he is saying those things because that is who he is. Should it be held against him in the future? That only matter to his friends, family and future boss's. Look he didn't do anything illegal, you have the right in this country to believe whatever you want (we have certainly seen a lot of this lately), I don't even necessarily think he should have been pushed out, (thank god the Raiders can get out of that stupid 10 year contract) but when you bring the heat on your boss (Davis) shit happens. That said, being two-faced is not a quality I look for in friends. 

So the NFLPA is requesting the NFL to release all 650K emails to the public...The NFL is saying we cannot release it as it is a Privacy Matter...Say What???We are only going to leak Jon Gruden's Private Emails..And noone else because noone said anything bad on those 650K emails except Jon Gruden...

This is not in the moment stuff, the emails span over 8 years and it not a case of he didn't really mean it, its just who he is.  

But to answer, I haven't worked for someone else for over 25 years, but I am a boss and I wouldn't what any of my employees hating me or not getting along, when employees have a problem, my door is open, let's fix it or move on.
