He was my all-time favorite TV analyst. I don't claim to understand football and much of what Gruden said went over my head, but many things he said were spot on and clearly explained, things other analysts may not have even noticed.
Many analysts often say things that are so blatantly obvious that even I notice them. One time I was so annoyed by the Super Bowl announcers that I muted the TV and started playing In-A-Gadda-Da-Vita repeatedly.
However, John Gruden is a vile excuse for a human being and I hope he is gone from football forever.

Black people calling eachother niggaz is stupid and offensive. They almost make it sound cool in songs. Something's wrong in this culture where they make it cool but villify when others say it. And 650000 emails were searched regarding sex stuff about Redskins..but this is the story?
If he were doing this it would be 10 other coaches saying the same crap. Just another staged event for distraction.

What poor choices did Gruden make? He was not employed by the NFL during that time he sent those emails...So sending a personal email was a poor choice? He can say whatever he wants to say on that email and he has the right to express himself...IF it was a poor choice...was it illegal or against the law? Why was he not arrested if it was so bad??? What this does is it sets a precedent..that anything can be dug up against you regardless when u expressed yourself and to who...Its does not matter..Noone has privacy anymore...

Love the beastie boys , saw them in concert in 87 with Run dmc ..Still have the ticket ( August 17th at MSG ) ...My WW2 Vet poppa took 5 of us kids to NYC for the week that summer ..No idea how he had the patience for us bad arse kids
