I know you are smarter than 70% of the NFL gms who feel the same way. Put Stafford in that OU offense, see what his #s look like. Bradford throwing motion most likely will need to be tweaked, Stafford considered a more ready prospect around the NFL with a stronger arm. I think the lions will be in to the more pro ready prospect. I am not saying who i prefer, i am saying who i think the lions would prefer which is on par with most nfl scouts outside of Todd McGay on espn. We all know the Lions history with Heisman winning qbs (Peete and Ware) or dont you? The lions didnt forget. They probably wont take Stafford though because he is the best choice outside of Andre Smith because they are the lions.

Quarterback Eli Manning drafted by the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants. Quarterback Peyton Manning drafted by the Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts. Cassell is a free agent after this season. He doesnt need to be traded for, he can be signed!. Draft that guy from Bama and then maybe a defensive stud second.
I think, believe it or not, that the Lions have 2 qbs who could be capable qbs in the nfl. Orlovsky and Stanton. Stanton needs a chance that kid has a great arm. Orlovsky isnt bad, since he learned that you cant run out of the back of the endzone haha. Id like to see Stanton get a shot and have Orlovsky in the mix too. Culepepper blows.

i would like them to take riley skinner from wake forest with a pick in later rounds. first pick should be o line or d line then 2nd pick 1st round get a line backer, larenitas(oh.st.) or malug. (usc) and 1st pick sec round get cb or safety macho harris (va tch) or alfonso smith(wake forest) they also need to pick up some free agents LB and corners, they need a leader on the def.

The Pats used him wisely, slip screens, dump offs, anything within a 20 yd range he is great, anything outside he is awful and with the lions nor anyone else he will not have a welker to pad his stats and be his safety valve. cassel is not the way to go there at all, i would rather see them stick it out with orlovsky who doesnt make many mental mistakes considering how young and raw he is.

yes there is money to be made. Three of my sportsbooks always have the pre draft odds of the first pick in the draft.
I had 2 positive money ones.
Raiders taking McFadden was easy at +money and Ryan was easy but hardly even money and I really got screwed with the Jets picking up Goulston and would’ve really cleaned up if he fell out of the Jets spot because of where odds were that he would go before 7.
