At least a Rookie compared to Favre. Who is Shaun Hill? I don't know but he isn't throwing the ball much and Singeltary seemed pretty damn welcoming of Crabtree.

who wouldnt want to improve their pass game by adding crabtree to the mix??? ur an idiot backdoor. ur making like its a bad thing to want crabtree. 20-17 Niners

San Fran's defense is above average. Their offense however, is very inefficient. I expect Minny to have a huge advantage in the field position game and for plenty of stalled out Niner's offensive possessions. I would be surprised if San Fran can score more than a touchdown in this game. 21-7 Vikings....

after the lines came out my initial gut was to play sf. however, i've gone and decided to play minn -6.5.
SF has impressed me but i think going into MINN you'll see the home team control the clock. this is a case of SF's momentum versus just an overall better team in minn. on the road and against farve and AP (even if he has his back bit) I think Minn proves they're the better team here.
now hopefully AP doesn't pull out last second so that I regret not making this bet til gametime.
best of luck to all on both sides of this game as I can honestly see arguments for both sides.

You're missing the fact that Minnesota has the best run defense in the league and the 49ers won't be running through them like they did against Arizona and Seattle. The 49ers are one dimensional....running game or bust. Shaun Hill hasn't had to put the game on his shoulders yet. Wait and see what happens when he has to. 49ers D much improved but still not able to contain Minny's offense.....Minny's offensive line will own SF's D line.....guaranfuckinteed.
Ok good points, but minnesotas rush defense is not the best, look what kevin smith did to them last sunday. If frank gore can do what Kevin Smith did its gonna be a long day for that d-line, allen is a beast though. Also minnesota is a sluggish team in the first half, if San Francisco can go into the half with the lead I see them being able to stay with the vikings. Of course thats a big if as theyve only played two teams who seem over hyped, the seahwaks the dark horses of the NFC west apparently and Arizona the losing superbowl team with a Kurt warner who didnt look very good. Which is also the same thing for Minnesota they played a weak detroit team and a weak cleveland team. Both these teams have something to prove this sunday. I have SF on this site, with fake money, but not touching it with real.
