Hopefully the regular refs were watching that and they are so disgusted that they ask for a meeting tomorrow.  Don't care that Seattle one but sure don't want this crap to go all season.

My replay is based on eastern standard time.... but looking at the replay at 11:46 p.m.  it clearly shows that Jennings had both hands on the ball and Tate had just his wrist initially.  Tate gets a hand on the ball as they fall to the ground.

The question is can you posses the ball before 2 feet are down? It is possible that by rule its the right call...but certainly opens pandoras box as you could teach receivers to try and get hands in on int's where players leave their feet.

I look forward to seeing what the league says officially. But common sense would mean int in my opinion

Stfu. Did you watch the play? You don't have possession with a finger on the ball while you are reaching around someone elses body.

Having 3 fingers on the ball without possession does not count as a one handed catch ha

I won with seattle +3.5 but if pete carrol would have kicked the fg with 4:30 left, we wouldn't be having this conversation possibly

I was hoping for the FG at that point too.

Would have maxed out my positions.

I did OK in the end - but that last play cost me a few bucks.

Pretty sure that was an offensive interference before the simultaneous possession.

Jennings caught the ball. Green Bay interception. No simultaneous possession. It's very clear.

Bottom line here, the refs got it WRONG. A Offensive Pass Interference should have been called. So the INT or no INT, does not come into play at all.

    Some funny images....

The one ref signaling touchdown and the other ref signaling to stop the clock (no touchdown) at the same time 3 feet apart from each other.

Pete Carroll during the announcement of the replay willing the ref to throw his hands up for a TD....

you are blinder than helen keller if you believe there was any kind of simultaneous possession. Seriously. It was not even close. The Packers CB clearly had both his hands on the ball FIRST, then Tate put one ARM on the ball. THAT IS NOT SIMULTANEOUS POSSESSION!

BTW, i had ZERO DOLLARS ON THIS GAME. I just hate idiots.

I think we can all agree on offensive PI.

And no PI on the play that got them to the 25 on the series before....

    And on and on....

The replay showed Jenning catching the ball. All the other did what they did after with two hands he completed the catch and then the others, mostly Tate, tried to gain possesion.

I won $ but I still say GB was cheated. The pass interferance call earlier was just as bad a call other than it was a game ender rather a game extender.

Sure refs are doing their best ....BUT THEIR BEST SUX!!!!!

They are just trying to rile people up because they won their Seattle bets.  They know there was no joint catch it wasn't even close

Like I said a couple of times in this thread, I lost money on that play.

So if there is an INT now, all a WR has to do is get 1 hand on the ball and fall down with the DB and then it will be simultaneous possession and the offense gets the ball?  Get real dude.

Tate stuck one hand in Jennings chest while Jennings had two hands on the ball, which was in his chest in the air.  Tate's right arm was clearly flailing away and not on the ball.  When they both went to the ground that's when he tried to wrestle the ball away.  The ref was late to the scrum and he only saw when Tate put his second hand on the ball so he assumed simultaneous possession.
