I did read it ...you said the Denver defense does not get the credit they deserve for the winning ...they are ranked right there with the Giants ...so I guess the Giants wins are based on defense also ??both defenses are the same....

I bet he also thinks Jeter is the man for the yankees even though he ist he most overrated player in baseball history

So does that put you on the side that thinks Tebow doesn't suck?

bottom line is that people for the most part could care less about 90 per cent of all the QBs in the N.F.L. but for some reason ....and I know everyone will deny it ......wants for some reason ,to see Tim Tebow to fail...people want him to fail...they are pulling for him to fail....as dont tell me otherwise   it is just a hatred of the guy that I just dont understand.Good bye ...good luck sparky with the Giants game next week...and deep down you all know the ones I am talking about that are pulling for him to fail...and cut the bs about "i like the guy as a person "  you guys would love nothing more than to see the guy fail...I just dont know why ?

Like I've said. The only reason I don't like him is because he is on 90% of ESPN shows because he won football games by having 1 good drive in a game. How is that worthy of all the hype? They went so deep using their 360 degree camera angles to see how he ran for a single first down or how he made both of his 2 passes in a game. It's not worthy of all the camera time and he's being treated like a GOD for it. That's what pisses me off about the entire thing. I never hated him in college. But everyone praising him like he's great annoys me.

I like HIM. I love how, after all those wins, he praised his teammates. Something that the media never did. So the MEDIA created the "Tim Tebow Haters". Plain and simple.

Sparky I must admit I've seen very little of Tebow but I always here about his play from my bro and sister In Denver.

They all say, as even diehard LIFETIME  Broncos fans

    TIM TEBOW SUCKS!!!!!!!

And after watching highlights( Really I mean lowlights) from this KC game I HAVE TO TOTALLY AGREE. Anybody that doesn't see how this guy IS an extremely POOR QB, I really feel sorry for them

Fantastic THREAD and ignore the HATERS.

YOU WERE DEAD RIGHT!!!

Go back and create 2-3 threads everyday in the baseball forum about a no name signing with a team.  You clutter forums with so much useless threads every single day in the baseball forum.

If you have a problem with me and my BASEBALL threads...go to the BASEBALL thread and rant about me in there. It's for the better. If you keep posting here...this thread won't die.

Honestly...I've become the biggest follower of Tebow's games since I made this thread. I can't talk out of my ass so I need to know what I'm talking about. Even when they played the Bills at the same time as the Jets v Giants I had my eye on the game (not that there was much to see).

And I see a lot of people agreeing with me based on this one game. That's not fair. It's not just this one game. And hell...he handed the ball off so much that this probably wasn't even the fairest game to judge him on. But, he was terrible in it regardless. Fox is calling the plays and I think he's getting gunshy.

I guess you missed where I said that I don't hate the guy.

I also saw the heartwarming story on NFL Countdown that was titled "Tebowing while Chemoing". It's not about HIM. It's about the hype AROUND him for not being as good as the media is portraying him to be. And I understand that's not his fault. But the fact remains that he's getting too much undeserved attention.

If the media coverage was more about all these good things he did for people, than I wouldn't have a problem. But when they're "highlights" about him winning games where he had 1 successful drive...I can't stand it.

Jo. I don't hate TT either. Personally, I think very highly of him, his story, character, Christian faith.....his "goodness" but when it comes to playing QB in the NFL, he is very very hard on the eyes. I understand why so many think he sucks as a QB but his intangibles are very GOOD and his teamates LOVE him and play hard for him.

I just think he will make a much better preacher or TELEVANGELIST

joboarder-

you are the one who is blind- i can't think of one person that "hates" Tim Tebow- Even the people that bash on his QB play say they like him as a person but thinks he stinks as a starting NFL QB. Fact is i wish he was a great QB to go with the other great things he does off the football field. Yes we need more guys like him. But their are great guys such as Drew Brees that nobody talks about(as far as his off field contributions are concerned) I can "hate' on Tebow's QB play all day long but i can assure you I absolutely think he is a wonderful human being and the NFL would be better off with more people like him in it, instead of greedy, selfish, thugs. Take all this as you will but i sure as heck don't "hate" Tim Tebow or want him to fail.

You have  to admit he is the most "polarizing"NFL player at the moment

Terrible Timmy wont complete any more than the usual 45% of his passes.  Maybe 125 yards if he is lucky.  2 picks and 1 fumble.

So are 51 other Broncos. Where is their praise?

But straightshooter was at least smart enough not to call him a "great player". You, on the other hand, are actually fighting that he's great with your reasoning being "he's playing next weekend"?

Hey yum-yum.  The fact that Tebow is playing next weekend certainly doesn't make him a great player.  But he had a lot to do with Denver's season continuing, and that is a good thing. Right?  Isn't it good for the Denver team, fans, organization that they are in playoffs? And when they kick the Steelers' ass up one side of the field and down the other, once again you will be playing the fool.

We really give a fuck about the last time Roethlisberger appeared in Denver!  What does that have to do with this Sunday?  Of course, nothing.  But you keep having happy memories of that!  You can take those home with you after a good ass-kicking Sunday!
