By showing Tebow vs. Skelton in college, doesn't it show that Skelton has made the most progress so far since he did not play in the best conference in the country, against future NFL players.

It is funny the game the big ratings machine is playing this week is not even close to being sold out.

Apparently Saturday Night Live is trying to get Tebow to host a show.

Sorry haters, this kid isn’t going away anytime soon.

It’s in Buffalo, the Bills are 5-9 and on a 7 game losing streak, it’s Christmas eve, and it will be in the 20’s.

Also the Broncos/Pats game was the highest rated NFL game this season.  There is a reason everyone is fighting over this kid.

If he does do it (and that’s a big “if”) I doubt it will be funny.  They will get insane ratings though.

    LOL@crusher13 and karkeith

Tebow need’s to get a steve largent type of receiver to help him, because he is playing with the laughable buccaneers offense of the 70s, and is a tribrid of jim zorn, bobby douglas, and doug flutie.

Tebow's teammates need to stop handing teams games with 9 easy sacks, fumbling the ball 9 times, dropping 24 passes and giving up 86 points on defense. Give, tebow, head coach crennel, thomas jones, dexter mccluster, jackie battle, le'ron mcclain, dwayne bowe, steve breaston, and leonard pope, and then he might have a chance against rogers and brady. I can’t believe people gamble on football and don’t study the game.

Why u calling me out Punch boy?

I was only applying TT impressive credentials to Tony Romo, undrafted free agent out of Div AA Eastern Illinois. My inly point was that if Romo had even 1/2 TT creds, his teamates might "believe in him" too instead of most likely, FEARING the worst in ALL BIG games which Romo has routinely failed to "perform"

Sorry haters, this kid isn’t going away anytime soon.

I'd love to see that. I wonder if Tebow has a personality.

Like I've said since the start...I have no problem with Tebow as a person. The only highlights I like from him are his post game interviews where he praises the rest of his team (since he's the only one who will do so on ESPN).

Yes, I'm sure the reason the defense played well against GB was because they were fired up about having the great Kyle Orton at QB in his first start.

But I do give credit where credit is due. Orton played well in that game.  Certainly much better than the first time he played Green Bay this season where he threw 3 picks.

You make no sense. You pretty much said that the Broncos defense didn't try with Orton as QB. So did they all of a sudden said "Hey, I like this Tebow guy. Lets earn our paychecks. I'm glad we got rid of Orton because I didn't want to play defense for him."?

You asked me earlier how I knew Flacco wasn't mad about Tebow being ahead of him in pro bowl voting. Well I'll ask you. How do you figure that the Broncos' defense simply decided to "give up" with Orton at QB? Did they say that to you? Or is it an assumption?

It's much more reasonable to say that, once the Broncos' defense finally got healthy, that they started playing better. As opposed to saying that Tebow made better.

Well now you are just flat out making stuff up. Where did I say anything about the Broncos defense never even trying with Orton at QB?

Tebow is good at bringing out the best in the players around him.  That includes the defense.  I don’t think the same could be said of Orton.

You said you were “sure” that Flacco didn’t care about making the pro bowl.  I never said the Denver defense “gave up” with Orton at QB and I certainly did say I was “sure” they did.

Making things up and then challenging people to back up the things you’ve made up.

    Pretty weak, sparky.

How am I making things up? You keep saying that Tebow is the reason the defense started to play well. The alternative to that statement is that they didn't try hard when Tebow wasn't their QB (when Orton was).

You also continue to say that the Tebow took over a 1-4 team who "has given up". Doesn't that mean the defense has given up? With Orton as QB?

How can people say the Broncos are playing with no talent around them? I give nothing but credit to these recievers who can catch these wobbly passes. I wish my Giants wouldn't drop so many passes.

So...do we congratulate Tebow for that goal line stand or do we praise the defensive line with the stars playing on it?

You ask “how am I making things up” in the sentence right before you make something up again.

I never said Tebow was the reason the defense is playing better (much less kept saying it).  In fact I even stated I was NOT saying that, but that “he is at least a small part of it.”

Also the team giving up on the season is not the same as the defense not even trying.

Plenty of teams give up on having a good season.  That doesn’t mean they stop trying all together.

Isn't it funny how when the Bronco's were winning with Tebow, it was all because of Tebow?

He was the one kicking the winning field goals, he was the one forcing Barber to go out of bounds to save the clock, he was the one causing fumbles for Denver's opponents at critical stages. Even though in some cases he only had two completed passes the whole game....

But now when Denver get smashed two weeks running, all of a sudden it isn't a one man team. All of a sudden Denver have other players. And guess what? Its THEIR fault Denver have been losing, not Tebow's.

You said the Broncos "threw in the towel". I don't know where you think that expression came from...but it came from a Boxer who has QUIT (meaning not trying anymore).
