Todays plays are:

Pacers/Hawks UNDER - Pacers are a game 4 play for 27 units.

Rockets/Knicks OVER - Knicks are a game 2 play for 3 units.

Nets/Warriors OVER - Nets are a game 1 play for 1 unit, Warriors are a game 3 play for 9 units, total units to risk is 10.

Heat/Jazz OVER - Heat are a game 2 play for 3 units.

Wow, almost $30K in since 1/1/21? Props!

 Our base unit got reduced earlier in the season when we switched to an 8 game chase (couldn't afford $14 units on an 8 game chase) but +2000 units is +2000 units!

Knicks complete the chase on game 2 for +1.73 units, Nets complete the chase on game 1 for +0.91 units, Warriors complete the chase on game 3 for +4.18 units.

Arakias, can you explain the chase actually loses ie becomes 185-1 versus 186-0.  I remember a few weeks ago understanding but it as since slipped my memory...

the reason I ask now, why even bring up that number, feels like a meaningless statistics almost like saying we are on the 55th game of the season... now 56th. Now 58th etc

 We started the season using a more risky 6 game method. I had hoped it would not lose before it won.. but we got a game 6 loss early in the year, so we switched to the safer 8 game method. 

We will more than likely experience a game 8 loss somewhere along the way. It's just been  REALLY good year so far with zero game 8 losses :)

 Exactly correct. We have zero losses this year because we have 185 wins that were all net positive.

We have made money 185 times this year. We have never lost money over the course of an 8 game chase so far this year. Hope that helps.

If we win on game 2, it pays for the game 1 loss PLUS some, so we are net positive.

Under 227 on hornets game. Let’s get that money

so since the pacers lost on game 5 you now bet more on them for "game 6" and hope to recover your losses plus some?

 Yes. 189 times this year. Though it’s not a bet on the pacers. We’ve won money 189 times this year and never lost on an 8 game chase. If you’re interested, highly suggest reading at least the first few pages of the thread.

With all the unpredictability of game outcomes like the Nets-Suns game last night, your system looks promising. 

If you see a strong play, do you just stick with 1unit ($14.40)play?

 1 unit for me is no longer $14.40 since we switched to an 8 game chase. I know its a LOT to read, but if you read the whole thread you'll be all caught up.

A unit for me, is $1 now.. and yep, I really do bet $1 on the game 1 plays. Having my base unit at $1 makes a game 8 play $2187.

Some people have asked me if they can follow the system if they can't afford a chase that costs that much. The answer is yes.

Decide what you want your total INVESTMENT per chase to be. If its $1000 for example, then decide how many games you want to be part of the chase, because you can't afford to do the entire 8 game chase. Maybe you ONLY chase games 5 through 8. You do not play ANY games under 5. 

That would make your game 5 wager $25, game 6 $75, game 7 $225 and game 8 $675 for a total of $1000.
