I know what you mean, and that is certainly what fans and owners hope, but I don't see any athletes backing out of a max deal while they're in their prime.  It really all depends on who is whispering in his ear, and who he decides to trust.  Lance can easily slip back into bad Lance if he's in the wrong situation.  Imagine if he signs with a team like Sacramento.

It's hard to tell.  The Pacers offense hasn't been very good at times this season, but the Knicks aren't exactly a defensive juggernaut.  Pacers tend to run the shot clock down quite a bit.  Pacers have scored over 97 points only twice this year.  For me it's a no play. 

Friendly reminder...this thread is for long term success over the course of the season.  Not to try and break the bank on one particular bet.  Just following the trends and numbers. 1-2 units per bet 

I also couldn't believe this opened at 6. My jaw dropped. I too thought it would be near 9 at 8/8.5. This is a b2b for the Knicks who are playing the best team in the league and as far as I can see, Beno is still starting at the point (0 last night). Even if Prigioni starts, there's still big problems at the point!

Line is very confounding begging for pacer money. Major Knicks exposure by the books here for such a line. Action must be close to 70/30 Pacers.

Btw, ya can't pay Stephenson $10 a year! What are the chances of the Pacers doing that? 50%?

How is this team on extended rest last year?

Not a good half from the Pacers, but this is the kind of performance that helps keep cashing these 1h unders.  It also gives us juicy lines for the second half.  Pacers -6 is the line...that makes the adjusted game line Pacers pk.  Good value in that spot.  Pacers have adjusted at halftime most games this year and come out and played well.  I'll take that.  O/U is set at 93...so far this year if the 1h goes under, the 2h goes over.  I'm going to lay off this line however.  NY hasn't exactly played fantastic offense.  It's Carmelo in iso, and then someone else shooting a 3.  Game hasn't been very fluid, so I don't lean one way or the other in the total. 

If you took Knicks under 90.5 for the game, there's a decent chance for a middle right now.  TT 2h is at 44...If they ended at 87, 88, 89, or 90 you'd get the middle.  If not you'd break even on the Knicks TT bets.
