Anyone dumb enough to still think Kobe is on the same level as Lebron as an all time great?

no-ones calling him a role player,clearly thats ludicrous...kobe is an all-time great without doubt.both he and shaq were obviously vital to their success in their own ways...NEITHER wud have won without the other at that time in their careers.
but lebron is taking it to another level and has kobe beat in damn near every single statistical category you can name and is on course to leave him far behind in any discussion over all-time legacy.i agree,we have to wait it out to get the full picture but at the current rate its a rap......all things being equal(same opposition,same supporting cast etc.)wud you seriously take kobe in his prime over lebron in his prime??....lebron just gives you so much more.....and if he was as concentrated and focused purely on scoring as kobe was for his whole career then he wud leave him faaaar behind in that regard also......shiit,its not even seen as the primary part of lebrons game and hes still one of the top 2 or 3 scorers to ever play in the league

lebrons having one of his worst offensive seasons offensively.. and cle is still rolling...  9 of the last 10 games.. lebron has shot below 50%, and is turning over the ball tomorrow at one of the highest rates..

wait till they face a real team...g state.. and see what happens.  this same cle team would lose to memphis/clips/spurs too.

The fact that the "west>east argument" is all you have to hang your hat on is as telling as it gets. It's mindless, idiotic, and any other adjective we could possible use to deter a ludicrous argument.

No, it's about who is the better player of all time. There is absolutely nothing that happens in this years playoffs that would change that. A simple concept that goes over the head of the idiotic.

There is no comparison whatsoever. Kobe has 5 rings, he's a better scorer and ANYONE IN THE WORLD WHO HAS PLAYED THE GAME IN THAT LEAGUE WILL TELL YOU KOBE HANDS DOWN. I truly can't believe we have come to this; this thread....wow! What's next, the comparison to MJ? That is impossible. MJ was 6-0 in the finals. Nuff said. And he played in a better era. Back to Kobe vs lebron: I guess what does it for me is the attitude and the childish behavior you see from lebron. LBJ is a great player, but the reason they are not out is because of the trash they call the eastern conference.

You are admitting he is doing this with an absolute trash team surrounding him, not realizing this is helping Lebron's case for being the better player, not hurting it.

We are not saying lebron sucks. He has his success gift wrapped in a basket. East is weak and he's guaranteed in the finals. Big 3? Yea Jordan and Kobe did not have a 3rd all star. He's been surrounded by good role players also. But it doesn't change the fact that he plays in a weak conference and Kobe and Jordan has to battle their way to their 5 $ 6 championships.

Kobe is a great offensive player Lebron is a great all-round player but Jordan was a more consistent when it was clutch time I'd take Jordan in a game 7 with 2.3 seconds left,shot anyday. rings don't mean garbage either it takes a TEAM TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP ,Lebron,Kobe,and even Jordan can't win rings by themselves. Jordan also had more all stars guarding him back in the day as compared the 2000-present era
