Well than, as a manager of a professional ball club, do something about it. Bench a person, have a tough conversation with your player or team, stop ignoring it, especially if it is a consistent issue. If you don’t get their attention or address it to the point of them understanding that the performance is not acceptable than nothing will change. Stop accepting it. Managers have a job to do…manage your club, address shortfalls and celebrate achievements. If I go to work tomorrow and don’t perform satisfactorily, I’m sure it will be notated or maybe even addressed depending on the situation. If I continue to make the same errors or not perform to the level of what’s expected of me…I know it will be addressed and quite honestly, I would expect it to be. Now, an error is an error…I get it, BUT…an accumulation of errors is a lack of focus and IMO, it is the managers job to address it.

The thing about double header is if the better team loses the first game, there's a better chance that they will win the second game.
So I think
I don't know the stats behind it but on paper, it's still hard for the dog team to steal the double header game as well.
Sales n atl, I'm rooting for you
