OK Boys, I will give you the Hometown take on Browns/Ravens.

Weather: At Browns Stadium 38 degress with wind chill factor in the mid 20's.   10-15 mph winds..Winds coming in from the open end off the lake and Swirling.

Browns:  Have not won 2 in a row since Mangini was here.  Young team that does not know how to win on a consistent basis. I think the defense will be ready to play and with Haden back in the lineup and the return of Phil Taylor in the middle the deense will be up to the challenge of stopping Mr. Rice andcompnay.

Ravens:  Coming off a bye after an ass whooping at the hands of the Texans. Suggs is back but big man in the middle will play on a limited basis. 

My Take:  I think either team will win a tight one.  I think the line is right but I like the hook of 3.5 .. I am a Browns fan so proceed with caution here but I see a grind it out 17-14 game wither way.

Anybody thinking about waiting for public to pound the over on Cowboys game and betting under? I'm pretty sure it has worked the last 2 weeks.

If you are playing the Cows, I'd probably wait as it was as low as +3 earlier and now +4.5. I am thinking it will go to at least 5 and maybe more. I'm already locked in at Atl -3. I just can't bet on the Cows the way they have been playing. Their coach can't call plays and manage the game at the same time. Until something major changes with the penalties/turnovers/mistakes with this them, I will continue to fade and will chase any loss.

Good Luck to those on other side, I could be wrong. They covered 2 games this year, one at +4 and 1 at +3, both on the road.
