Det +8 and over 189, even though Lakers at home are usually a good under bet.

I was going to fade the Lake show, and Shady gave me the lean I needed on the over. GL everyone!

I already have under 48, I've learned not to double dip by betting the same thing on second half when it looks like I already have a winner.

Any thoughts?

Lakers off to a good start. Looks like good under play on Atlanta.

Can the cryboys keep it close? Will there be a meltdown by Romo/Garrett/penalties? They've already made several penalties and several were declined. Surprised they have ran the ball.

If Atlanta DB Robinson would avoid pass interference calls it would be nice!

Congrats McShady on teaser with Cowboys +10.5, Buffalo + 17.5 and Minn + 11. I tailed you on that.

Sorry to anyone who took Cowboys. Like I always say, FADE them and CHASE any loss!

There were a LOT of handicappers and sharps who said to take Cowboys +4.5.

Sorry for anyone who lost, you all know I always bet against Dallas, this time for 6 units!

If Atlanta hadn't missed 2 field goals, it would not have been that close!

Just look at the penalties/mistakes, etc.

Get as close to these lines or better.

If you haven't chased Cincy or Buff consider it GM1 of 3. If you haven't chased Seattle consider it GM1 of 2.

(I am willing to chase Phi 4 games.)

Note on chase plays. They are all dogs this week, if either Cincy or Phi lose and are favored down the road, play ML do not lay points on these 2 teams. Most likely that won't happen but if it does, bet accordingly by lowering your wager on ML plays for smaller risk and recover any losses.

If Buff loses play spread and use line I will post next week.

(Dammit Buff would have won if not have missed short field goal!)

RARELY will any chase that I post go 4 games but it could happen.  Regular QB must play. There are no regular QB's out as of this posting.

You may want to start small and see how this goes (approx 1%.)

I will also play Balt and Carolina above angles, will go 2 units and make a 2 team parlay and/or 7pt teaser.

Both of these teams fit Shady's bye week Trendz!!!

Will also play my 4 chase plays as teaser of at least 7 since you can't buy points with parlays/teasers and also 13 pt teaser.

Note, Buff closed at +11.5 and I would have bet +12 if waited and got a push. Will let you know official result before chasing game 2.

Buff will actually be next game GM3 of 4,but I picked it up at GM2 of 4. So only 3 game chase with 2 to go.

Laker Clipper Chase...

Well that was easy...now 7-1 in the Association...but the Lakers second team showed it's weakness as they had to bring back the starters-this will matter and help us later on...

There will be value days to fade and play like today for example I can almost guarantee I will fade them in Utah in a few days...

Clips laying 10.5 to Cleve tomorrow-sees a litlle high...we'll see-but overall I see me taking them as dogs or small favs against anyone...

Great job on the Laker call last night. I was leaning that direction but your write up convinced me to go with it. Thank you for your insight.

Angle - Glad you a had a nice day buddy. You seem like a very kind and caring person, good for you and I hope your trends in the NFL keep working for you. If it wasn't for you this summer this thread may not even be going.

To the group:
I was 8-0 on my chases this week. Game A was 5-3 and Game B was 3-0. I don't want to clutter this thread with my picks but I will continue to throw my "I think this will happen in the next 3" for people to pinpoint some of their research on if they are interested.

The 2X angles were 2-0 this week.  I think they were 0-3 last week but have been very solid for the year.  Do you know what the tally is for the year?

Peaking into next week's schedule it looks ike will be Patriots and Jets fans. 

I hope the public hammers the Seahawks to get the line over 7 in the Jets game as I hate betting against the Seahawks at home. 

I already jumped on the Pats to pound the Bills in G2 off of their bye.  Looking back in recent history the Pats typically struggle with the Bills in G1 (Bills lead pretty big in 1H of G1) of the season and pound them later so Pats -11 will be my play of the weekend.

Just got back to the land of WiFi - 

Going to slow down a bit.  Started 12 NBA chases already (6/5/1) and its a long season.  Will probably limit to 5 chase starts ( season series, next 3 away, next 3 home, etc.) per week and a couple single plays (lower units and may chase with other single plays).

At first look this morning, locking in:
LAC v CLE u196
LAC has gone over all 3 this year and CLE 2-1 O.  196 is the second highest total line both have seen.  Both teams gave up over 100 last game and defense should become a focus.
Possible chase for the LAC with eastern conference teams (next 3 home against east). 10 of 18 against the East last year went under with 7 of 9 at home.

UTA v MEM u195.5 (will chase seaon series)
UTA 2-1 and MEM 2-0 O/U this year so far.  Highest total line for MEM and 2 highest for UTA.
First game at home for Memphis that had 40 of 66 games go under last year. 29 of 48 under against the Western, but only 17 of 33 at home.

Have 2 chase gm 2s coming up later this week.

Probably all for today.

Will check back on the consensus MNF play for tonight.
