The history of teams with long win streaks is fascinating

The 7 teams with the longest win streaks since 1970 have all lost in the first round of the playoffs or  won or choked the WS in an amazing fashion.

Only 1 team to win 14 or more in a season has won the WS. That team was the Twins who won game 6 and 7 in a miraculous fashion. One team almost won but choked game 6 away. The Giants team that lost to the Angels in 7 games

Since the red sox 15 game winning streak ended they are 9-3 so 24-3 the last 27 games. And now are on a 6 game winning streak. Adding Rutschman at the deadline was huge. 

What a crazy story that would be!!!

Boston +1500 to win WS. If you like them, better bet fast before the market takes away the value.

Boston +550 to win the AL. Yanks don't have the line-up to beat them, even with Judge. Houston doesn't have the pitching strength. There's not a team in the AL that could beat them in a 7 game series. Maybe in a fluke 5 game series they could lose, but not in a 7 game. This is a pretty strong bet IMHO.
