Melton has been on point for Det, and I mean lights out. 5-1 with a 1.95 era against a guy on his 4th start off the 60 day IL with a 1-3 5.06era. Easy Tigers winner. And it might be. Buuuut I think a regression has to come at some point. First glance at Kremer's superficial numbers aren't great. Then ya see a 34k/8bb stat followed by a 1.19 WHIP and things start to look decent. Melton's command wasn't spectacular last outing. I mean he only gave up 2 runs across 5IP which is great, but he did walk 4 batters (and did so in the game before). Tigers have lost 3 straight. Carpenter went on the IL last night. Bottom of the O's lineup showed some life yesterday. 69% of the public agrees with the fairly short line of -138.

I'm running with Balt+125 for 1' and under 9+100.

Can't pass on even money with the Phils, don't care what Nola has been doing on the mound. He's not dead yet and banked them last outing.
