The lineups came out about 20 minutes ago. I’m stress-testing everything right now. I’m not looking to fire just for the sake of firing, so let me finish up what I’m doing and I’ll have something shortly.

Appreciate your work LV. I'm pie eyed myself out here in Hawaii. Lala just swept through and left us w/o power for the bulk of the morning so I was tracking on my phone. Had to consume all cold beverages before they got warm. I'll be coasting through the HOU game...

This is still the centerpiece. Woo has been a completely different pitcher away from Seattle, with the 6.22 road ERA and repeated road starts where he’s allowed four or more runs. Houston gets him in exactly the environment where he’s struggled most.

HOUSTON’S OFFENSE AT HOME

 

This isn’t a watered-down Sunday lineup. Pena, Yordan, Paredes, Altuve, Varsho and Walker are all in there, and Houston has been crushing right-handed pitching at home lately with a .859 OPS over the last 30 days.

 

That’s exactly the kind of lineup I want attacking Woo.

HUNTER BROWN GIVES US A FOUNDATION

Brown doesn’t have to throw seven shutout innings. We need him to keep Houston attached early and avoid the walks that can create crooked numbers. He’s allowed two runs or fewer in 7 of his 12 starts, so there’s a legitimate foundation underneath the full-game bet.
