Wesneski looks rusty, he’s not locating, and now Houston is down 3–0 before the game even settles in. The frustrating part is Rodriguez already looked vulnerable enough to get traffic, so this didn’t need to happen.

Still early, but Wesneski has to stop it right here. 3 runs is recoverable. Four or five turns it into a completely different game.

He’s already allowed four hits in two innings, and he doesn’t look remotely comfortable. This isn’t overreacting anymore.

Houston should have somebody warming now. Let him face one batter in the third, maybe two at most. The second there’s more traffic, pull him.
