I think at that price worth a shot vs a lefty  but believe teams who lose 1st game of a road series on a losing streak usually lose at quite a high rate.

I’ve been screwed a few times this week with run line parleys one in particular is on Sunday I had Sf +1/2 and Sd replaced king with Hart.This seems to be a trend of throwing a bullpen guy out to start a game before using the intended pitcher! I’d love to see how in wins & loses this has panned out this year! It causes a lot of push’s and a fair amount of wasted handicapping!   Gl 2day

 Yes, I agree wholeheartedly!  Cannot stand shaky bullpens starting the game.

I also cannot stand when they come in before they should and mess the game up.

Even yesterday there was a questionable one.  After a hit batter and walk they place him. Next guy walk and grand slam. 

Hard to overcome poor managing.

 Throwing in the towel by trading away key player's for up and coming ones and draft picks will show up very soon ! I get letting go Garcia because his stock will never rise higher with this team and he will see better pitches in the Yankees lineup but Griffen I don’t think was a good move!

I also think it can negatively affect the rest of the players.  They might think that management has given up and they have nothing to play for this year and the future with that team. I don't know how this affects their psyche.
