Given the batters lineup for the reds avg. rbi's and on base percentage it lowered Degroms percentage.  Its key to watch the game and see how the most productive batter perfoms.  Degrom had him early but after he was pulled Votto hit a homerun for a productive game.

its a predicted Chance of a quality start based off of simulation. Simulate the game with all the stats 100 times that's the percentage you get.
