("Supreme" or the "Company") (CSE:SL)(OTCBB:SPRWF) is pleased to report that the Company has signed a letter of intent ("LOI") to acquire a green house facility and 100% of a Southern Ontario based company (the "Target Company") that has been approved for a pre-build Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations license ("MMPR Licence"). Under the terms of the MMPR License, the Target Company can build out and operate a 342,000 square foot facility that can produce up to 24,000,000 grams (24,000 kilograms) of medicinal marijuana per year. Supreme has made an initial $250,000 payment under the terms of the LOI, and must, by May 22nd, 2014 advance to the Target Company an additional $750,000, at which time Supreme will own the Facility, as described below. i think it was a panic sell for ttdz. check out the recent volume. there were multiple large buys in the last 20 mins. 1 order alone was for 4 milly. makes it easier to hold when my avg is below .01, but still sucks to see it tank so bad today. added a few more at .02.

For my person investor experience, what type of indicators/financials/combinations of information can I review on my own time to see these types of support levels? I am getting very familiar with all types of DMA's and bollinger bands etc etc. Clear as mud currently but I am making good progress.

Don't get greedy on your profits with UTRM. The chart looks good to go to me, but I have someone in my chat that is a much better "chart"ist than me saying he thinks it might push one more day and then retrace further below the 20 DMA.
Here is what I see with the UTRM chart:
- oversold in general - RSI hitting above 50 mark. Most say the powerzone is above 70, I take over 50 as a bullish sign in many cases. - 7 dma about to cross up the 10 dma ... very bullish sign - after a long time, the MACD is just about to make a golden cross with the red trend line... bullish sign - The Cloud resistance line is at .007 range, there is support above that level, but could be stubborn trying to break through. - Closed above the middle Bollinger line... very bullish. Find it hard to believe it breaks the upper at .0091, so put your sells in way before that. - Parabolic SAR flipped on the chart in the mid 3s to a bullish pattern
All in all, it moved more than I thought it would today. The chart still looks good, but I see trouble breaking above the 8's and possibly the 7s, at least on this run. I sold some today, and will sell the rest in the .0066 - .0068 range IMHO. Not to say it doesn't get higher. I just can't be too sure of anything in this market right now.

Don't get greedy on your profits with UTRM. The chart looks good to go to me, but I have someone in my chat that is a much better "chart"ist than me saying he thinks it might push one more day and then retrace further below the 20 DMA.

Stifler, awesome above post on UTRM. Will research all those indicators today and study up some more. I keep hearing about this "power zone" and "golden cross". Seem to be very good indicators.

Looking for the MINE news, is that scheduled for today?
TTDZ - is there anyway to establish a decent entry point for this one? I see it falling still, waiting to go in for the long run on this but will wait till it bottoms out. Falling well below 50 DMAs(simple and expo), which I see around .0250.

Parabolic SAR is a good one too for sure see a reversal. The problem is it is a lagging indicator so it needs past days PPS to establish the points. If you bring up the indicator on the TTDZ chart you can see the PSAR flipped three days ago into a down trend. You can be confident in the uptrend once it flips back below the chart, but like I said it is a lagging indicator, so the reversal will already be in by the time you see the flip.

Second thing is it closed below the Ichimoku Cloud today for the first time during the run up... also a very bad sign. This could easily drop below .015, but I think there is major support there.

The MACD is simply a great way to judge the overall momentum of the stock. You always want that blue line curling up not down.
Take a look at the MINE chart https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=mine as an example:
Obviously you notice on March 9th or 10th the run really started. The blue line on the MACD jumped over the red line and the run was on. Once it reversed the first time, you see the first red day on April 1st, and the blue line begins to curl down back towards the trend line. Going back over the trend line is known as a death cross to many traders.
Now notice on April 14th when the next mini run up started... the blue line was below the red trend line but there was a pretty good sized space between the two lines. So by the time that blue line actually crossed the red line the run was wellllllllll underway.
As the chart stands now, look how damn close that blue line is sitting just below the red trend line... that gap is A LOT closer than last time. One proper green candle on this chart is going to set it off in a major way. It will send the blue line bullishly over that trend line quickly, and that is ALWAYS a bullish cross.
Another very bullish sign is when the 7 day moving average crosses the 10 day moving average. That has been my number one indicator on charts that are about to have a mini pop like UTRM and AEGY. MINE's 7 DMA is very close to the 10. Again, one green day would send that over the 10 day, and we are on.
All we need is a catalyst... oh what's that you say? MINE Tweeted there would be news very shortly... sounds like a perfect catalyst to jump start the next run............. either news about their celebrity endorsement (rumor is Shakira or Rihanna) or their "The Herbal Collection" line. I have not heard this rumor, but in my mind it COULD happen: a partnership with Dixie Elixirs. We all know Dixie cut ties with MJNA a couple months ago, and Tripp Keber is looking to hitch his wagon to a rising star... if that news drops... we'll see a 50-100% day.
I have a strange feeling the company might release news tomorrow after hours or an hour before close to discourage any shorts from causing a panic sell... that Conference Call panic sell was 100% manipulated IMHO.
All signs on this chart point to oversold. This week is the last chance to get in at a reasonable PPS for something unbelievable. I thought I was bullish on TTDZ... I'm a f*cking steer on steroids on MINE.

All I can say is I've seen this scenario dozens and dozens of times in penny land. Depending on what the company gives us, .002 -.005 on the initial run IMHO, but in this market take your profits when you can. Will reanalyze after they release news and we better understand how investors' sentiments sit.

MDRM news about getting their paperwork and ducks in a row within 10 business days. I still have a very solid chunk, and will be purchasing more not next week but the end of the following week. I believe we see some news updates as to their real deal business plan soon after the papers are filed.
