The God question-part one

After thinking about this for a while.....alot of people on here are alot dumber than i thought.....

Everyone here is a gambler, therefore everyone SHOULD have a general idea on risk management.......

We have established that neither party can physically prove there side of the argument.I have my own life story and my own reasoning, but everyone here is hell bent on PHYSICAL Proof....For the non believers i would hate to be in your shoes....When u die and u find that there is a God.....What are u gonna do?

If there isnt one then there u go, but what if there is???? What are u gonna do??? After all there is a possibility.......If u believe in God and there isnt one then u have lost nothing......If u dont and there is one, oh boy........

The Wager-

rosto, your clumsy rendition of the deeply flawed pascal's wager simply reinforces my opinion of your utter ignorance.

I see the estimable and erudite dsn 150 beat me to the punch regarding the stupidity of the pascal's wager arguement, but let me be first to say you numba one fool for dis post.  you can prove that u break u buy.

Rostos is completely incompetent, arguments dont get through to him. He keeps saying we can't prove anything, which isn't the point. If you live your life for God, then you have lost your life, wasting it on the invisible man in the sky, and when you die, you're the fool. We don't need to prove anything. I live for the here and now. It's more likely that there isn't a God than there is. If there is, more power to ya, I'll stare God in the face and go "what was I supposed to think?" It defies logic to believe in God, but that doesn't necessarily mean God doesn't exist. Read "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins, or at least the section where he rips apart Pascal's Wager, if you even are aware that that's the argument you poorly attempted to make.

Obviously this thread is going nowhere now. You guys just need to pull them out measure and get it over with. Discussion was ok at the beginning. But no one is willing to have an open mind so what are you guys gaining by all this BS? Some of you guys just think you are so smart that there is no possible way you could be wrong about some stuff. Follow the logic and it is proven that u are seriously incompetent..

1. We have proven that neither side can produce physical evidence one way or the other......

2. When believers die and IF there is nothing, then the believers lose NOTHING (Bet refunded).

3. When non Believers die and IF there is GOD, then God have mercy on your soul.

4. U would have to be utterly stupid and incompetent to be a non believer........

But hey, this is covers where 99% of people LOSE so they obviously dont know whats good for them......
