Are you scared of this guy or something? He owes you 34k and you haven't ATTEMPTED to contact him in over a week (after he brushed you off even before that)?
I thought I said in a previous post, but maybe I didn't that his wife and my gf are best friends and neither one of them knows about the 34k, and when we first started betting it was always understood that neither one of them would find out and they haven't until I recently had to tell my gf about it because I didn't want her to hear I was lying all this time from someone else and it backfire on me. I did contact him today actually asking him why even bother posting that he paid me and asking if his intention was just to not pay me? Like someone else posted before I want to give him time go come up with something, and if several weeks go by and no money, well then it will be time to apply the pressure which I agree is necessary. The reason I am waiting longer is because his wife and my gf have a relationship I dont want to sever. Or sever my own relationship over it.

i talked to him today, he said his partner posted the payment and doesnt know why, but that they do intend to pay me, hasnt given me any sort of idea on when I will get my money, and I dont want to do anything drastic like cause 64k in damage so that he just doesnt pay me and no one wins.

noiq -- you gotta start working out a payment plan for him. "We'll pay you" isn't gonna cut it anymore, he needs to give you details. Start him off small, maybe 3k a week. You let more and more time pass and it will be harder and harder to collect, I guarantee you.

She does know he books, and I am not the upfront aggressive type your right, but I am the go behind your back some crazy shit all of a sudden happens to you type. His wife knows that he is a bookie but I doubt she knows how deep he is in to me, eventually we will tell my gfs brother who will then tell his wife (the bookies wife), then he will have no more friends that are any good in this city. It will all spiral out of control for him because he cannot get a job because he has been to jail several times for drug use among other things, and the only friends that he has that are of any value he will lose because since he is screwing with me, and I live with my gf, he is basically taking money away from her too and her brother would not like that because I was down 18k to this guy and not once did I ever even think about not paying. I really didn't even want my gf to know that I bet with him, it was supposed to be kept on the downlow, but I know that if he doesnt pay, its going to get out of hand between us and she will find out, so I had to tell her up front before anything happens. I have sent him texts, if I dont hear anything by next week about something in the form of payment or a payment plan well then I will just take it as I am never getting paid and go from there. i understand your side noi. im not saying take it back to highschool days kinda sh*t at all. we're grown men here. and as you get older, nothing like nice weet calculated revenge. like king benny in the movie sleepers. i love that part of the flick when the pops explains why king benny is king benny... shows patience is always best in revenge. get them when they least expect it and hit um with everything you got. ruining a man's social status and financial status is sweet revenge.
plan and think of every situation before committing to revenge. revenge done wrong is worthless and can backfire. revenge done correctly, ruins lives.

I would have lost money today though had I bet, Zamora's 89th min penalty would have ruined my blackburn draw bet. went 2/4 today would have lost $500 or so I am guessing I forget what the lines were on those games.

Bet capri is a pay per head site. I have a local that uses it. The owners of the site have ZERO to do with the local book that you go through. They pay $15 a week or something to use their site. They shut you off because you cost them an extra $15 also by making that one play...
Get them to give you something to start the ball rolling on a payment plan. $250/500 a week. ANYTHING. If they have other guys playing, it shouldn't be hard for them to swing that.

I am pretty sure I am not getting paid by this guy, I agree with most of you have expressed this. I have been locked out of my account, they posted a payment that they didnt make for $33,900. He wont respond to my texts. I probably will not deal with a local again, I have been on sportsbook and they have taken weeks to pay me before as well, but I guess late is better than never. I opened a bet us account too because I can do ACH deposits on that site, hopefully there aren't too many downfalls to bet us. So, since I wont receive payment, its on to the next stage in the dilemma, My gf knows, if we tell her brother he will ruin him with all of the people he has made friends with through his wife ( my brother's gf and his wife are best friends from high school). Anyway, she married a real winner, this guy cant even get a real job because of his arrest record and she didn't even know about any of that till after they were already married. Who knows what she would say if she ever found out about this situation.
