Birmingham was a good bet, Martins, Zigic, Bowyer, Ferguson, Gardner, Bentley, Bent good players wasnt surprised when they beat Arsenal its a shame we couldnt hold our lead on them as we turned over Liverpool pretty good the day wed have gone up against Liverpoool.

I was at the Sharks Bruins game you caked 4k on.  Good betting especially the under and knowing it was the B's not hte west coast team that would suck.  I have bet on my team only when tehy get their ass kicked kiss of death on em given how freakin nasty we are this year.  I can't bet those motherfuckers though between Ryder getting a penalty with 1 minute left and taking them a few other games they lost I am not going to allow myself to drop more dough on those motherfuckers than I give them for seasons.

You should be looking to take 1k a week off him until you are even and let him know your not going to the police but you will cause 68k of damage if the debt isnt resolved in 6 months and you will find the people he bets with.

You can also say your hiring a private investigator to follow him around, which you should do on the days he meets his remaining clients.

Ask for a dime a week, let him know youll do double whatever he owes in damage to his property or his families, and tell him you will have someone stalk him 24/7 to find out who his customers are.  If he crushes his guys one week I would expect him to offer you 10-20k in a lump sum to settle everything.

You should be doing this stuff I suggest anyways, I didnt post when I saw this thread even though given your great picks you deserved your money as I wanted to make sure your not the type of guy to go to the police, I would never help or offer advice to someone like that but you don't seem like that and seem like a decent dude who deserves his money and isnt trying to be scummier than you need to be.

How did you get into Hockey and Soccer living down there?  I know both are popular but it makes those picks very impressive, if you were canadien it would be a little different and more normal.

I've always been a fan of soccer, I have followed soccer and especially the premiership for a long time.  I used to play soccer when I was young, I played club sports in college.  I wasn't good enough to make any NCAA teams though.  I would still like to play, but now I am reserved to watching it on TV and playing FIFA.   As for hockey, I really follow alot of people on here on the hockey bets while doing my own research as well.  Ive been betting hockey for about two years, and I think it is much easier to bet than some other sports namely basketball which I hate betting on.  I have to say that I have followed DJ Destroyer on some of his hockey bets, and he has won a majority of the ones I followed.

WestHam, I really like your advice, about the Private Investigator, I never thought about that.  I am most likely going to do that within the next few weeks to see if he is getting paid from other players and to see if he is paying other players.   I know he collects Mondays even though when I was winning he would always want to delay payment several days.  I am going to follow Goose's advice also, next week I am going to text him to see what is going on and hopefully work out some type of payment plan and if that doesn't go well, then I may think about hiring a PI at that point.

I would have won big on soccer this past weekend, I told my friend the plays I would have made if not getting screwed over, he made them and went 3/4.  yay!

this is why Vegas casinos require cash up front and pay-out is immediate after the action.  safest way to conduct business.

this is why Vegas casinos require cash up front and pay-out is immediate after the action.  safest way to conduct business.

has anyone suggested looking at a different local and betting both sides with each local. At least maybe the new local will pay up if you win and the guy that owes you money perhaps at least you can make him feel like you are losing. I don't promote losing becuase I am all about WINNING but maybe that might help you at least get some funds out of the situation.

So, If I lose with the new local I will still lose money, but if I do win big with the new local and he doesnt pay then I am screwed twice, how would that help the situation?  I only bet with a local because I knew the guy personally as friends before I started betting with him, I wouldn't bet with a random local that I don't know.  I had a good bookie in Houston, but I dont live there right now.

Its an offshore site that the bookie uses, he can just log in and say he paid me whenever he wants, but I don't really see the point in doing that, obviously I know he didnt pay me and will still want my money regardless of what the site says.  I am just not sure what the point in doing it is?

Are you scared of this guy or something?  He owes you 34k and you haven't ATTEMPTED to contact him in over a week (after he brushed you off even before that)?

You know where he lives, are supposedly friends with him....go to his friggin house for god sakes.  Something doesn't add up here....someone owes me 34k, friend or not...I'm going to be up in his ass about it.  You've been given tons of good advice....use it.

it's all about the pressure man. you have to make him feel pressure. if he's broke he's not gonna do anything drastic until he feels the pressure from you. if you apply pressure the right way he will do whatever it takes to get you off his back. such as go get a loan for 35k. refi his house etc ...
