That's it, no home address, no indication of his level of wealth. At the very least, I am literally waiting for the HS football season to see if his son is on the roster, then attend a game to confront him, or sledgehammer his car windshields and jack knife slash the car tires. Just make his life uncomfortable.
How would the authorities react to someone applying physical means to collect an illegal debt? Not sure, I think it depends on where you're from. Democratic areas would lean towards, no violence; and Republican areas give leeway to allowing a "law of the land" to collect.
