    read this on sbr

    Everyone who is affected,

I just got off a chat with Tony, we were talking for about 30 minutes. Both of us kept it clean and were trying to get to the bottom of it. Unfortunately, Tony is going to have the bite the bullet on this one in order to help the players out. The processor has 5dimes by the balls and Tony acknowledged that the processors can tell Tony whatever the hell they want and their isnt anything 5dimes can do about.

It seems like the processor has hit the road with the cash. 5dimes will fork the bill for the players affected, only thing is when is Tony going to make the decision to do it?

I don't think the processor has ran off with anything.  I believe they are just dodging the goverment bullshit right now.

And to say 5Dimes is shady is just right out stupid.

Got the mailer today. Was wondering what this was about. I guess the best advise is too hold off with deposits until everything I'd corrected. I guess the processor issue explains shy a check bounced a couple of weeks ago. A subsequent check cleared however.

Wouldn't you call lying to a number of customers shady? If your belief is correct and I hope it is, telling all of these people about delays with processors instead of the truth quietly makes them like every other so so book.

    Just an opinion.

Who is lying ?  Where is the proof that 5dimes is lying about anything.  With all the problems books are having with processing now it's not a major surprise. So now people are accusing a long time A+ rated book lying.

Yeah, that makes sense.  How about getting a check cut instead of ACH.  Is that possible for everyone ?  Has Dimes stopped payouts this way now ? Are they saying that processor problems are stopping this payment also ? Of course most of the bitching is from noobs that have not been in the game long at all.

Oh BTW, is anyone outside of the U.S. not being paid.  I highly doubt it. I haven't heard anyone outside of the U.S. being slow paid at all.

    That should tell you something.

Just wait guys.  5Dimes is a very solid book and I have been with them since '98, when they started. I believe it was '98..anyway....

I have money in there and I am not worried one bit.  I have a very good chunk of money in there.  This is part of the online gambling world now.  You gotta roll with it or finally get your money out and find your local bookie again.  But BOL on your local bookie allowing you to parlay tennis lines.

Absolutely correct.   Guys, its not 2003 anymore.  I understand its alot slower, but that comes with the current state of things.

Seasoned gamblers that know the multitude of different wagering options that 5dimes gives also they give a huge nuber of tennis lines also they will let you parlay almost anything.  Extra options on pucks that even Pinny doesn't have. I use 5Dimes wit Pinny and it's just great. To add even more, 5Dimes will even undercut some of Pinny's lines.

So instead of typing Why don't you check the facts out first.

This what live chat copied and pasted to me:

"We have received confirmation of our processor that every single payout was sent correctly also that the funds were debited from the bank account. In an ACH process there are only two options, one the funds credited into your account or second the funds returned to us. As per our General Manager,     customers need to wait until the funds reach their account. Meanwhile we will forward your account and payout information to our accounting department which will forward it to our issuer in case of a returned of your ACH the money will be credited back to your account.  We appreciate your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience this can represent for you."

Well once again, they said the processor has confirmed the money has been sent out to the customers. If true, it definitely wasn't sent on 10/24. Anyway, we still have to wait for it to hit our bank accounts or be refunded back. But the question we're not getting is how long will we have to wait? Feels like an eternity for what at first felt like a simple 3-5 business days transaction.

I have looked at a large number of books and what they offer vs            5 dimes and if I lived outside the U.S. I don't think 5 dimes would be a thought. There's Pinnicle, William Hill, Bet 365, and a number of of other books that offer everything and more unless betting $100 on H.S. football and the Little League W.S. is a must for a player.

Seems like other books are also giving fits also.  Is there any other book I should hop on to?

You "think" you might be done with them???  6 of my degenerate friends that use(d) them are looking for other books now and they didn't even get hosed like us.  This non payment is rattling some cages.

100% LIE.  Never left 10/24. takes 3-5 days, not 7-100...... 5dimes-Horrible Book.  Never will use them again and my heavy betting starts Thanksgiving into Dec. And I suck, so they will lose a ton of $$ from me.

From SBR Lou a few mins ago...

"We've spoken to 5D again today. Their processor returned communication with them, a more concrete update on the status of the en route payouts is expected in another few working days."

So, there was communication but now they have to wait a few more working days to get a clearer communication

These lies continue to get more stupid.

***: There's a delay with those ACH's . They're sent like a week later . We need to wait 11 business days from the 24th to get the funds back in case that you didn't get it by then .
JK: so you're telling me to wait until the 8th now?
    ***: right
***: that's the deadline we have with the processor
JK: im sure by the 8th, someone else will tell me to wait a few more hours and then a few more days...
JK: but, what can I do... but just go by you guys words like I have been the past 2 weeks
***: I apologize for the inconvenience but it's something out of our hands
    JK: ok then thank you.
    ***: You're welcome
