wow , i just opened an acct with them a few wks back(tired of bodog)... on saturday played a .25 pick 5 on breeders cup day that was 4 for 4 needing big drama in the sprint at 3-1 for $18,000.00 ..i guess i'm glad he ran up the track , because it sounds like it would have been a nightmare getting paid...

JK: im told to contact CS about the ACH payout
B: yes, early batches have priority
B: yours is amongst them but not quite in the first batch

B: if by Wednesday Nov 16th at noon you have NOT been credited the funds to your bank account, your 5dimes account will be refunded with the amount + fees

B: as this refund will be issued without the confirmation of the whereabouts of the funds by the processor

B: if this happens, i would expect for you to please return them to us

If you had read all of my posts regarding 5Crimes in this thread and others then maybe you would realize this comes from a very long time player with them who has seen much more than this ACH issue over the past few months with them. As well I don't have an ACH coming from them but have been hoping all along that these players get paid.
Maybe when calling someone ignorant you should get the facts and then take a look in the mirror and make sure it isn't you.

Trust me, I've been following the situation every step of the way and I've seen your posts. Seems like you go out of your way to attack them with nothing solid whatsoever to back it up.
Calling out Tony for not refunding the money immediately is nothing short of clueless. If you were in his situation, what the hell would you do? Refund the players money immediately and not even hold out the slightest hope of ever seeing the money again. OF COURSE he has to wait it out and hope he can somehow contact the processor.
At the end of the day, he personally is taking a loss and refunding the players money. Not many sports books out there would do that. Yet, you find reasons to attack him like so many of the mindless guys on here.
It's a shame that so many people on here can't look at a situation from the perspective of the other side.

First you are assuming that he will go into his pocket to reimburse the players. I have seen nothing more than promises and changing stories every other day. On top of that I personally have had a WU take more than 2 days to get a MTCN# and have received the old rubber check.
Now for your lesson in business. You look at it as poor Tony and 5 dimes and they are going above and beyond if they refund the players money. Well, aren't they the ones responsible for the processor they chose?

If I sold cars and a customer wanted a classic car that I found from a party in Hawaii I would require at the minimum a deposit if not payment because I am sending payment to the seller in Hawaii.
The seller was a fraud and bails with the money without delivering the car. Do I tell my customer that they lost their money because I bought it from a fraud. No, I am obligated to give them their money back or find that car elsewhere and pay for it myself.
It is the same thing as the 5crimes situation.

I've been with them for years. This is the second time something like this happened. Other than that, no problems. If they get me my money, I will still use them. They do have the best lines, best website, and most options. They post college overs early in the week which is my game. I am pissed that I had to wait a month, but if the money makes its way to my pocket, lesson learned. I will never do wires or ACH.

man, u guys need to chillz out for a bit. 5dimes is having probs with their Ach payout. I have 2 pending payout for 2300 each thru ach dating back from 10/14/-10/18 that i havent recieved either. Im not even worry about it becuz everytime that i have encounter a probs with payout, they have taken care of it. But, calling them a a shitty book and so on...is kind of out of hand here folks.
