Prof-
I've done some extensive DD on this matter. I've spoke to a lot of people that have been effected by this including other books. I don't want to give out specifics. It really isn't too hard to diciphor though if you make a few calls. But one thing that every CS rep does say is we will get our money and there is ZERO chance of not getting paid. I was very pissed and posted some anger posts in the beginning, but after making some calls, and getting to the bottom of it, I realized what is really going on. 5dimes hands are tied. They could have handled the situation better, but it's an offshore sportsbook that just got taken off guard.

Do you really think these books don't know who they are dealing with when they work out deals with processors?
Why would a manager of a solid stand up book admit that they were robbed but need more time to pass to pay the players who should always be the number 1 priority the money that has been due to them for some time?
Don't you think if a processor took off with that kind of money from multiple books outside the U.S. that within 3 days the parties responsible would be found and then left dead?
I think you are now holding out hope blindlessly.
Again, I hope you are correct and I am wrong but this thing is looking more and more like that duck every day.

They need to start doing a tally on the ACH's and after they confirm 100% of achs have not been recieved nor returned, then we will probably send in bank statements and then get our refund. I am not worried anymore about this. If they were going to stiff us, they would have closed our accts. CS keeps reassuring that we will get paid, they are paying p2ps fine, and other countries are being paid fine. It's just bad luck that we chose ACH which I will never do again. And everyone here should close bank accts after this is over and open up new ones. Keep balances at a minimum. Remember, this Processor has our bank info!

oh no, I wasnt implying that you didnt believe me. just earlier someone said a message was posted on their account, but I didnt see any on mines and Ive never seen any kind of message posted on my acct before, so when I saw this one, I kind of thought it was(-for lack of a better word) cool... hahah

that is kinda odd how certain people gets certain messages... Yea I sure hope I see a surpised when I wake up tomorrow morning. The past 2 weeks, every time I wake up around 4-5 in the morning, I get on my phone and go into my bank app to check my balance haha

yea haha, I noticed that my 5dimes balance got deducted when I woke up around 4am a few days after I made the ACH request. I usually get any payout into my bank arund 3am, so if I see nothing around 4-5 am, I know I wont be seeing anything else until the following 3am.

I don't check anymore. I did the same thing up until Tuesday of this week. I know it's not coming. 5dimes is still denying that the money has been hi-jacked and still will lie up until our 5dimes accounts eventually get refunded...But if they want to stick to their bs story, I am ok with that. I think it's funny at this point.
I know the truth. Processor robbed them blind, been planning it probably for a while, and took a bunch of other books all at once.

Yes, I think that they don't know who they are dealing with and were completely blindsided by this theft. 5dimes is not a bank. Once they give the money to the processor, the processor can do whatever they want. Having that much money day in and day out passing in front of them, what is so hard to believe that human greed took over and they went for it? These processors are dealing with banks and money everyday.

I don't want to fight with you because I have been in your spot and it sucks. I never did get a penny back from BOS and I am hoping you'll do. I know that they have software systems that tells them every penny being paid and to who by what method. Is it possible they were robbed, yes, no doubt. It is just the pattern going back to before their checks bouncing that makes me think something not very good is up.
