Yeah I got the same BS answer. I've been trying to be patient with the situation, but this is getting ridiculous. Why are they giving us the runaround instead of telling us the truth?

Also, didn't they assure us that ACH payments was delayed but went out on 10/24. This is so stupid what we have to go through. If they was straightforward with us, no one would be so furious right now.

Seriously, I had been with 5Crimes for 10+ years and I don't remember ever getting something regular mail and sure enough I get a marketing mailer today.

Trying desperately to get deposits would be my first thought. I could be wrong.

Yeah I have been with them 4 years myself I and I got a marketing thing today regular mail.  When I first opened it saw 5dimes I thought maybe they had sent me a check but it was some bullshit fold out flyer.  In the immortal quote from Goodfellas. "Oh your processor is having problems?  Fuck you pay me!

i think i might be done with 5dimes.  wouldnt have mind much if the money came today or if they gave me some definite answer as opposed to giving me the run around.  I would have just opt for MG or WU the next time around, but this whole horsing around is silly.

Seems like other books are also giving fits also.  Is there any other book I should hop on to?

Me too, I went with them because of their tennis lines, but this is too much of a hassle.

Just got off with CS..We have to wait indefinitely until its returned to our accts!

up to 45 days I was told it could take to go back into my 5dimes acct. ..LOLOLOL.  They didn't even use vaseline on me!

And the CS I just spoke to said that we have to wait until Tony hears back from the processor... the runaround keeps on going....

what 45 days i will fly out to costa rica and shake it out of them way before then. could use a nice little vacation anyways.

tony told me before they wait until 10 days before they hear back if the ach deposits went through or not so if they say they sent them out on 10/24 then i guess we would have to wait until monday but not sure why they did not tell us this.

So this means we'll have to wait another week just for them to say "wait another week" and it will continue on this cycle.

5dimes is making Bodog look like a good book.

just got off with rep and dude surely is no help.  contact later for more info,, blah blah blah.  We have to wait for the processor blah blah and the money will be credited to your bank or back to 5dimes.

Guys there are a few other books are having major ACH problems right now.  If you can just get them to send you a check.

It will probably be another couple of weeks I'm afraid to say.

There's an update on sbr from Lou.

5dimes confirms that payouts sent via a certain method on October 17th-18th encountered issues. The funds were sent again on 10/24, but to date haven't reached players bank accounts. The processor in question failed to confirm the status of the payouts this morning as expected.

5Dimes assures us that players are subject to a temporary inconvenience. The nature of the industry makes rendering payment via certain channels increasingly difficult each year, there's nothing to worry about. 5Dimes would make payment through an alternate method today if there wasn't a very strong possibility that players see the payouts hit their bank this week - thus being paid two times.

5Dimes will update us on when the batch of effected players receive payment.

thanks for posting !  why couldnt they tell us this straight up instead of telling us to come back for more answer everytime.
