I know that's frustrating, i'm sure it's safe to say you guys won't be doing ACH withdrawls anymore, lol.

What the fuck is ACH anyway?  I've never did a withdrawl like that before.

    Definition

    • "ACH" stands for Automated Clearing House, a secure payment transfer system that connects all U.S. financial institutions. It is the central network where electronic payments are sent to make sure they clear before that money is deposited in another account.

    Example

    • An example of an ACH withdrawal is when an online bill pay system asks you for a routing and checking account number instead of a physical check. When that transaction appears in your bank statement, it will read "ACH withdrawal to (company bill was for)."

    ----

I just know it goes straight to the bank.. haha

I am afraid you are correct. If they were financially stable which they still might be, return the amount of the ACH withdrawal to players accounts and let them bet it or take it by another means. A couple hundred thousand should not be that big of a deal for a stable business like that.

Again, I know nothing more than what I have seen, and my opinion is they are either hoping for a lot of losses paired with a fair amount of deposits to either get through this, but being smart not letting any large amounts flow out of the business setting themselves up if they have to bail. Just an opinion.

Man don't say that, I got money in there.  Maybe I should transfer my money from that sportsbook to another one?  The only thing about that is, you have to do a roll over.  So you can't just transfer it and take it out.  But i'm not planning on withdrawing anytime soon, but I want that option in case I want the money.

That's crazy Prof, you'll get your money. 5dimes may be having processing problems but they don't stiff people.

Given the current climate in the gaming industry any book offering action in the US has the potential to bust regardless of how solid they are. Even if it is a small chance it is a possibility. Don't fool yourself.

I like 5Dimes but I don't have money in any book right now.

they didnt tell you to wait 11 business days after 10/24 like they told me?  11 business days would land 11/8, so I'll just wait until then.

They're telling everybody different things. Every time I go on live chat, I get a different story. It's really frustrating.

That's true N_F, can't disagree there. But in terms of stability overall in the offshore climate, 5dimes has to be right at the top with bookmaker.  If I *were* to have money offshore, it'd be at one of those two joints only.

Chill dude. I'm in the EXACT same boat you are in with the current ACH payouts. I requested mine on the 18th and I'm still waiting.

But with that being said, I requested a check along with a western union payout AFTER the 18th, and I received both. I got the check within 4 days, and the western union the next day. (picked up the cash today)

Payouts are running fine, they are simply having a delay with the ACH from the 17th and 18th. Everything else is running smoothly. Just relax.

It's pretty clear what is happening here guys. The processor is telling them they transmitted all the money, but they have tons of customers saying they have no money. Who knows, maybe the processor went underground and fled with the cash. Either way, 5dimes need to work this out with the processor before it starts refunding cash or sending replacement payments.

These types of things happen offshore. It's sad but reality.

Anyone lurking on SBR recently? Have you noticed how the admins and mods help the players out when it come to certain books not paying out. But when it comes to 5dimes, they tell everyone that they should wait despite it being over 2 weeks.

It's true that money controls everything, especially at SBR. For gods sake, Bodog is rated an A

If a book is paying SBR advertising money, don't bother filing a complaint, nothing will be resolved... you have to WAIT.

At least one site acknowledges what's going on...

That's not exactly how I see what's going on across the street, anthony. Looks like the top guys there are basically telling everyone to wait until 5dimes figures out what the hell is going on with the processor. That is reasonable in my mind.

Thanks for this info, i'm diggin this.  I will have to put this sportsbook watch dog on my favorites list.  Seems like 5 dimes reputation is on the line right now.  And somebody is definitely making sure that their rep is being kept in tact until this issue is resolved.  I haven't requested a payout as of yet, but they say it's only affecting U.S. players.  The U.S. is jacked up, treated like children 300+ million people and they say you can only bet at certain places.  And Vegas being the big dog.  That's bullshit....  At the end of the day, the online books will run the scene.  I'm surprised there aren't any online sports books ran out of Vegas?  Are there any?

Yeah but the players affected including myself need a timetable on this. "Wait" just make us wonder.... "wait until when?"

I think they probably have not been on top of things on the time frame aspect, no doubt, but i still would have faith you will get your money. Will take far longer than anticipated, but these are bumps that you have to deal with offshore nowadays.

Im not so worried as much about not getting paid -maybe it's b/c its only a few hundreds -but it is the fact that they have to tell everyone different stories and telling us to wait "until this" and "until that" without telling us anything at all at first.  It'd be easier if they had told us what was going on and give us a more stable timeframe.

Ok "BiGTonyHAHA".... I deposited $200 and withdrew $2300... I wouldn't call that just enough. You seem to have a grudge against people who did an ACH withdrawal.

Congrats on getting your p2p payout, but don't come into this thread just to disrespect the players who made an ACH withdrawal.

kaponofor3 is not even affected by this situation, yet he offers way more insight than you.

Thanks guys for posting.  I hope you get paid.  I have been scouting online sportsbooks, and 5dimes was on my list.  After reading about your difficulties, I'm better offer sticking to betting in Vegas when i go on vacation.  Too much scamming going on online, 5Dimes sounds like they are doing the Ponzi thing.

I was told 11 days from 24th as well, but there is a twist.  There is NO shot in getting paid to our bank accts because the Processor scammed 5dimes and other books all at once.  A lot of money was stolen.  Good news for 5dimes players, Tony said he would honor the payout as soon as a reasonable time has passed in which he feels no shot in hell in recovering the money.  THey are simply giving this another week to be completely sure so we don't get double paid.   Other books are not honoring the payout.  5dimes stopped doing ACH withdrawls.  They are still processing other payouts so this isn't a 5dimes stole my money.  Yes, they lied to us in the chats for whatever reasons. Most likely to hold up their reputation because I don't think it looks very good that a book lost all their ach payouts due to theft.  But this is what is going on.  I am not happy, but it is what it is.  Think of it that you have some money in a savings account you can't touch for another week.    I do really think we will get our money next week back into 5 dimes , then we can take it out another way.  THis has never happened to me before with 5dimes, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until next week.
