Jim: as you know those pay outs were re sent the 24th according to our processor we still having a chance that the money hit your account by Monday or Tuesday

Jim: W/U is a good option since only takes 24 hours

I had to fund my 5 dimes account two weeks ago.The $$ still has not been withdrawn from my bank account.  So, I think they are having problems with all forms of transactions.  It has never taken that long to clear before.

Oh yeah.  Last week I used my old bodog account from my college days because of what was going down at 5 dimes.  I can't believe I had to give bodog my cash because I was in a hurry to get my action down.  Anyway, my 60 bucks at bodog is now 450 so I hope I burn bodog while I wait for 5 dimes to get their shit together.  Otherwise, I'll be looking for another book.

THis is a complete lie.  The processor stole the money.  There is ZERO chance of hitting our bank accounts....And 5dimes knows this and has known this for 2 weeks.

How about at least giving me my original deposit back so I can play a little today??? Of course not...They won't do that either..Really, $200 is going to break the bank after I have waited 3 weeks for my 2k.  I refuse to deposit with them until I get resolution and I told them if they did something positive for the ach victims today, they would get a bunch of business from other players lurking on the boards.   Just remember, when you chat with them, keep in mind your money was stolen/lost. Its not coming back to them, and it's not going to hit our bank accts, and NO ONE has gotten 1 cent from 10/17 on from A C H. They are lying to you to save face.  Let them know that you know this and stick to your guns.  Let's turn up the heat to try to get them to give us our money back at least next week.  I know I said  I could be patient and wait, but since they havent' come clean yet with anyone here, they may try to push another week or 2 next week.

I saw an interview online with Tony from 5D and I thought his answer to one of the questions was interesting...

Tony: In the end, all anyone wants is to know their money is safe.  Wagering options and great promotions can only go so far.  If you don’t pay people in a quick efficient manner, you’ve lost their trust and their business.  Every online processor 5Dimes uses is properly maintained to insure funds will be available for redemption at any time.  Transfers with other sportsbooks are handled immediately.  Person to person money transfers are available 7 days a week.  Customer trust can only be earned by making sure they are treated fairly and paid in an efficient manner 100% of the time.

These sites always drag that on as long as they can so you will lose it before you can withdrawl.  My advice would be that next time if you need the money that quickly, quit being cheap and just use Western Union and get it that day 

what do you mean by quit being cheap?  we get tact with a fee just like WU and MG.

The fee is a little higher when you use those methods.  Why not just use WU/MG?

maybe they should waive the wu / mg fee intill they solve the ach issues that what i would do if i was a offshore sports book

b/c ACH is more convienient since it goes straight to the bank and I got my money the 1st time around.  Nothing against WU/MG at all.  If we didnt have this ACH problem right now, it wouldnt be an issue.  I dont mind going the WU/MG route...

spoke to cs this morning........check back after 11am and talk to accounting...

 

And when I call to speak with accounting, they will tell me they don't open til noon.. And when I call at noon, the cs rep will tell me they are not available and they can help me.....

 

When I ask about the ach with the cs rep, they will tell me to wait til 5pm on Wed.  and the circle jerk will continue.......

Give 5Dimes a break, they are on the last leg....They will go down under by the end of the year.

Prof, why in the world would you predict 5dimes will be gone soon? Other than this ACH problem they've had the last few weeks, I haven't heard any payment complaints by other methods.

 

Wrong...Checks have been bouncing left and right.  2 payout methods failing. 

My friend who does not do ACH payouts spoke to their accounting today.  He said he has a friend(ME) who was affected by the ACH and asked what's going on with that and should he be concerned. The person told him that the processor basically ripped them off with ach payouts from 10/17-21st.  He asked so is everyone screwed?  The Acct person said they will refund their accounts eventually.  That's all he got as he was requesting his own payout.  Again, no dates, and I already said the Processor stole the $$. 

this is why i use westernunion or moneygram,never had any problems,money is in my account in 30 min and takes 24 hrs to withdraw it
