I think the total is very sharp.  I would stay away from it, as I see no reason whatsoever to bet it.

I did, however, bet the OVER which was a winner in the 3rd quarter.

Clemson is not Notre Dame...Watson can make plays with his feet and history shows Alabama has hard time against QB that can move around the pocket...I understand Alabama has a very good D but remember their offense is not explosive as you think...also Heisman winners don't do too well on championship game...this game well be close than many thinks....Clemson + the points

I don't like the total.  I think it's a very sharp number that could go either way.  I have no faith whatsoever that Clemson can score more than 10 points, so for it to go OVER, you will be betting that Alabama will score over 40 points.  Could happen, but not a great bet IMO.  Something like 41-3 would not be out of the realm of plausibility, and even that wouldn't take it over.

ROLLLLLL TIDE !   I go to 3 games a year was at the Texas Stadium twice this year along with the IRON BOWL  all the way from Philly ! 

 Looks like a no play for me either reading this. The degen in me wants halftime action. Just based on your post I take it bama rolls from the get go so halftime may be a good play also.
