Boom, help me out here.  I'm tracking a handful of cappers this season for the forum's sake.  Where is the vigorish being accounted for in your losses this week?  The 6-6 record is clear, but at 10% vig, I show a loss of .75 units.  We're talking peanuts either way, but I just want to make sure the records are accurate.  Thanks, bro.  Keep up the good work.

I just post units for everyone to understand easier.   it just makes things simple for the people in this forum to understand

That's clear.  It still doesn't explain how you profited a half unit (unless every wager you place is priced at even money).  If that's the case, just say so.  I'm not trying to be critical, just looking for accuracy.

Look. IF your are looking for accuracy, then look to see if I win or lose my bet. I actually bet money on the games where as most of these cats on here don't. The only thing you need to concern yourself with is winning and losing.... We Clear?

Boom, you look like a solid capper, but you can't post units won/loss without taking into account vig. So no, you didn't win 0.5 units this week, you lost about -0.75 units, as was pointed out to you. 

You talk like everyone on here is some intellectually-challenged pimply broke teenager; there are a lot of us that are older, educated and bet much more than $100/game, but are time poor and don't have the time to cap all the games, so use these forums as a resource as to which games to focus on.

So don't take the low ground and post misleading results.

You're obviously not very fluent in sarcasm.  The entire post, from the very first word to the last, was sarcastic, as I obviously saw a flaw in the record keeping.  Keeping track of posters' records?  You really think I'm wasting my time doing that?  I just think it's ironic that people bash each others picks, insight, and even records, citing a lack of integrity, but when it comes to the most popular posters, it doesn't apply.

The boldfaced lie here was the fact that someone said they're profitable, when indeed, they weren't if they're gambling under normal circumstances with vigorish.  Boom Boom has a great style, and takes a very strong backing with his opinions and picks;  and honestly, I think that's great.  What I don't understand is how a grown man can't "sack up" and admit that even after a great opening week, he is indeed human and lost a few bucks.  God for big he loses a few views on his next week's thread because he doesn't win every single week.

LOL. I agree, I never understand why people, especially SEC fans, cheer for teams in the conference. How is that supposed to develope rivalries? I'm from Michigan, and as much as I don't care for the SEC arrogance, I would never cheer for Ohio State even if they were playing Arkansas(as in last years Sugar Bowl).

How can a Vandy fan cheer for Florida because they are playing a team like Oklahoma?

"Man I really hope Florida wins so it makes our 3-8 record look more respectable".

I never understood that.

I m going to explain this where you or anyone else can understand this.

1) To be honest with you, in the great grand scheme of things... what I actually bet on a game really means nothing to you personally. WHY? Because if you are in my thread for what you say you are...which is, looking for my advise and insight. Then what does it matter what I bet on a game? Because your here for my advise, right? Your here for my insight and ultimately what do I say or do to make YOU feel better about YOUR team or YOUR bet.
2) If you dont like my explanation...dont open my thread.

most importantly, the only thing you need to know is A) Will Boom Win More games then he will lose....Because thats the only thing that really matters.

For you hillbillys to be concerend with Boom's or someone else's VIg perhaps you should take yourselves and your $25.00 bets elsewhere because if you were a serious player the last thing you would worry about is someone else's record. The guy is a legit serious capper who unlike you losers actually has his own thoughts and reasons for his picks. You sit here and follow him.
