according to my charts

if fav is down -7 on a -9.5 game spread....  line will be either

-6 or -8      if it comes out -6  dog will cover ... if it comes out -8 then toledo will come back strong....

i got 2 plays for -6 and 2 plays -8

From what I've seen, with Toledo being down 4, if NIU doesnt score here before the half, Toledo will be the play. I dont think toledo is going to lose this game. prob toledo - and TT O for me 2nd half
