whos is playing better on offense etc...

 

would i be right to say without the kick returns the scores could be reversed or tied?

If scores is tied or if Toledo is losing by 7 I would lean towards 2H Toledo whatever line comes out.

Yes sir.......way too much time especially Toledo can put up 28 in one quarter seen it many times....
