Western Michigan +3 (24 units to win 22.86)
Western Michigan +130 (10 units to win 13)
Oddsmakers would like you to take note of three things.. 1) Purdue in a BCS conference laying a short number vs. a MAC team who didn't even finish in the top 4 of their own conference, 2) Western Michigan lost to Illinois, a Big 10 school that Purdue beat and 3) Alex Carder, QB for WMU has a banged up throwing shoulder. I am not putting any stock into any of the above three things. I think the better team wins outright today

Overall : 15-9-1 +175.17 units
Tulsa -1 (36 units to win 34.29)
I'm not solely betting Tulsa because of this, but I've played the QB complaceny angle before with success. Now that Jake Heaps has moved on for Kansas, Riley Nelson has a clear path to the starting job next year at BYU. Sure, he has outplayed Heaps all year, but it was always expected to be Heaps position to have when he arrived assuming he played up to his potential. I'd be on Tulsa based on their own merit if Heaps was staying put, but I made this bet bigger than it would have been. Tulsa has four losses, all to teams who at one point were in the top 10. Tulsa has the better offense and in my opinion the better defense and special teams.

I am on the *OVER 60* for this game - missed out when it was @ 57/58. Still think this game hits close to 70.
