Kine, I don't know how you do it!!! Not finding a system or constantly picking winners, how do you really DO IT?? How do you deal with these complete dopes everyday on covers? How do you have the patience to answer nearly every question or post telling you why you shouldn't bet a team? Already we have 2 people questioning the Chatt play. Hmmmmmm, I know the right thing to do is flat bet these games, but the more dopes we have questioning a play, I'm thinking of making that a stronger play. I originally wanted to just pop in and say thanks again (been tailing you on basically every game this year), but after reading your threads the past few days, I feel like pulling my hair out.
WHY ARE PEOPLE SO DUMB???
Look forward to the plays over the next month.
I appreciate the post, what I like about even the negative comments is that they are from people who aren't regular posters and who know either one or both of the teams that are involved in the system play or they know their conference well so its nice to know what they are thinking even though we won't be agreeing with them. We can learn from what they are saying and they can learn from the simplicity of the system (and again the system will run its course but I've done well for years betting "off the rador" games and looking at games differently then most).
Also, the truth of the matter is most people lose in gambling long-term so we need to look at what they are doing (and their attitudes) and try to avoid their mistakes. Lots of people don't have the time (or desire) to look into these games in depth so I'm happy to help, but I always appreciate it when the vibe is positive.

I was simply saying that Chattanooga might be that system play that doesn't work. Say it works 9 out of 10 times....i think chattanooga will be that 1 that trips you up.
I could be really, really wrong. I'm not trying to deter people from betting on it, I'm just saying i'm not 100% comfortable with it so I won't. Good luck to all who do though. I'm rooting for you guys
I appreciate the thoughts too, the problem is that its not a true "system play" when you try to time its losses etc. and that is fine too. If you want to read the thread and see the plays and pick and choose what to play that is perfectly fine too (although I did that a bit with the system last year and it didn't work out good for me as I missed out on numerous winners).

yeah i see exactly what you're saying. It's about the overall record, and knowing my luck if i tried to pick and choose the winners and losers, I'd be in a baaaaaad place. The more I'm reading and looking though it looks like the presystem might be right with the Chatt game. When they win against conference, they don't win big. Like i said, I'm pulling for you guys. I always want to beat the books. BOL to yall

About "discipline!"....If you're going to do this system, then do just "IT!"....I have seen many on here asking for advice on other games because they've got to have some action in addition to this and/or something to carry them through when there are no plays. This spells doom big time....The more pieces you play, the more money that you put out there, increase your chances of losing....It becomes speculation on games or totals..Speculation equals devastation....I know that too!!....Learned from my scars....Again, great job Prof., and best to all!

REPEAT THESE ARE NOT PRESYSTEM PLAYS - just ones that were kind of close so you might want to look at them: #151 Detroit -11 against Illinois Chicago #282 Troy -4 against Florida International #150 Idaho -5.5 against San Jose St
so would the kind of close plays shown above be the 3 dogs?

Yes the plays would be the dogs (although I posted these so that everyone would look at these games and decide whatever you like), I suspect that I will be on Illnois Chicago and San Jose St.

Not sure what is going on - but I just know I don't like it. Monroe should be moving to 13 not 12 and now the Detroit and SJSU game is moving too - come on.

Just want to bring it to attention that since this morning that i am seeing a lot of line movements in offshore more then usual. The ones we been taking notice of and/or system plays have gone down from 1/2pt to a whole point...Funny thing is there all goin down except the Portland/Gonzaga.That went up a 1/2pt.I understand Vegas lines move often but Offshore to move this quick is rare.Tip time is one thing it's normal for lines to jump but i must say this is unusual.Just trying to be helpful.Any thoughts????

You have any thoughts about the Portland St/Sacramento St game? Portland St isn't very good on the road at 1-3 in the Big Sky. They have road games left at N Colorado, N Arizona, and Weber St (all like losses) and this is by far their most winnable road game left.
Sacramento St has 2 wins in conference and only 3 over Division I teams. They were pounded in 2 games at home by N Arizona and Montana but those are two of the best 3 teams in the Big Sky. In their last 3 home games they played N Colorado, the second best team in the Big Sky, to a five point game and a cover. They beat Eastern Wash and Idaho St SU and ATS. They have now covered 4 in a row.
Do they gain more confidence from the end of their last game against tonight's opponent? Portland St has failed to cover their last 4 games. In the first meeting they had an 18 point half time lead and as high as 25 in the second half before the furious comeback at the end. In that game Port St made 12 three point shots compared to 5 by Sacramento St.
Portalnd St isn't a good team but neither is Sacramento St. Portland St lost the big lead because they don't have that foot on your throat attitude that good teams have. I would be very nervous about playing Portland St here. They were outrebounded by 10, which is something that is likely to continue tonight. One thing that probably won't happen again is that Portland St will outscore Sac St by 21 beyond the arc.
I think the way the game ended and the fact they are at home in a quick turnaround revenge game gives a slight edge here to Sacramento St.
