Well, here comes my longest winded spill on here ever, most likely.  First off, as hard as this is to say, this might be TEX best CHANCE for a W in a while.  I still don't like it, but Skaggs did get shelled in his last start against TEX, which is their only W against LAA in a bit, if memory serves (not 100% sure on that).  And incredibly, for the first time in YEARS, TEX hits lefties better than righties.  Still not enough for me to take the dog today tho.  I live in Dallas, and have watched this UGLY for a while now.  The only thing worse than being a Rangers fan right now in this city, is being a Rangers & Cowboys fan!!  GM Daniels has mucked up the good work he did over the past 5-6 years quicker than you could say WTFJH (JH=just happened). And if you start to sense some bitterness here, you would be spot on.  This FOOL has brought on the CURSE OF NOLAN, and now, we are even worse than the lowly Astros.  Who amazingly enough are showing steady improvement.........since HOF NOLAN RYAN showed up again.  Daniels has traded away the stockpile of young talent we had and got little in return in the long run.  I understand making a play for a RING, but again, some very POOR decision making.  Also now salary strapped with CHOO, who I never wanted for those $$ (cant hit his weight against lefties in the long haul), and FIELDER who they admittedly (Daniels in charge again) didn't even give a full fledged thorough physical to, which may well have revealed his current physical ailment????  And Daniels is still in charge......YIKES  We have some minor reinforcement on the way back from the DL possibly, but not even close to enough for the second half miracle required...LOL  Wont be a bit surprised to see this IDIOT blow up what we could have as a core for next year as well, in his infinite genius wisdom.  WHEW!!  Either way, I get some comfort knowing I have faded TEX for some spending cash the first half, and will continue to do so 80% of the time until I get a blistering sting back. I doubt any of this pontification is a TRUE REVELATION, but I fell a small VENTING RELIEF just the same.  LOL    BOLTA
