The defending champion Seattle Seahawks head to the Mile High City for Thursday Night Football, and our Seahawks vs. Broncos expert picks are all leaning toward the visitors in Week 6.

Joe Osborne likes Seattle to cover as a 2.5-point favorite, Jon Metler is backing Seahawks moneyline, and Jason Logan expects Rashid Shaheed to take advantage of a banged-up Denver secondary. Josh Inglis also likes Jaxon Smith-Njigba to top 100 receiving yards against that depleted defense.

Here's how our experts are picking tonight's 8:15 p.m. ET showdown, alongside our latest NFL picks.

Jason Logan's expert pick: Rashid Shaheed 20+ receiving yards

The Denver Broncos could be without their top two cornerbacks and a starting safety, which is bad news against a home-run threat like Rashid Shaheed.

He's a killer in one-on-one coverage and faces a Broncos team that runs man coverage at one of the highest rates in the NFL. Projections all sit well over 20 yards, with a ceiling as high as 36.5 receiving yards on TNF.

Josh Inglis' expert pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba 100+ receiving yards

Patrick Surtain is doubtful, safety Talanoa Hufanga is out, and corner Riley Moss missed last week and is questionable for Thursday night. That's bad news for the Denver pass defense and great news for Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who has gone for 100+ yards in four of five games this year.

His worst outing was a 76-yard game against the Los Angeles Chargers. He has 51% of the Seattle Seahawks' total air yards and a 35% target share.

The Broncos have been terrible against the run, and with the injuries in the secondary, there could be some big plays in the passing game with Denver trying to stop the run. JSN doesn't need double-digit targets to hit the century mark. He's the best receiver in football, making 100+ yards more of a coin flip in any game he suits up for.

Joe Osborne's expert pick: Seahawks -2.5

The Seahawks lead the NFL in yards allowed per play, while this Broncos offense ranks 26th. Denver is also 27th on third down against Seattle's third-ranked third-down defense. Good luck extending drives.

The Seahawks are 4-0 straight up after a loss since the start of last season and desperately need a response, with the San Francisco 49ers now two games ahead in the NFC West. The Broncos' 1-4 ATS record on a short week under Sean Payton adds another reason to back Seattle -2.5.

Jon Metler's expert pick: Seahawks moneyline

I'll back the Seahawks at 57% on the moneyline, as I make Seattle a 61% favorite on the road against Denver.

Bo Nix relies heavily on defined reads and quick-hitting concepts, and Seattle's front four should generate enough pressure to let Mike Macdonald drop seven into coverage, disguise looks, and disrupt Nix's pre-snap reads.

Safety Julian Love is one of the best in the league, and I expect him to be a major factor in confusing Nix and disrupting his ability to diagnose the defense tonight.
